The ability to take almost any number of input documents and will a little mapping work you can create an common output for all the inputs. The ability to quickly replicate work done on a previous map or process flow and apply it to a new format or workflow. What do you dislike? The limited ability to trouble/make aware issues that only occur in the logs. More documentation on how to customize logs that get created What business problems are you solving?
