La reportistica revenue è la sezione per me più importante per conoscere il forecast in struttura. Creo offerte e pacchetti in pochi click e li trovo già pubblicati sul sito. Non cambierei mai e lo suggerirò a tutti i colleghi.

Cons

Ad oggi manca il cambio tariffa automatico quando effettuo un salto tariffario. Mi dicono che ci stanno lavorando. Spero lo pubblichino presto.

Positiva. Lo consiglio ai colleghi albergatori.

Pros

Bemyguest ci ha consentito da subito di risparmiare nelle commissioni pagate ai portali, facendoci ricevere più prenotazioni dal nostro sito. E' di aiuto al nostro revenue manager, modificando le tariffe tempestivamente, fornendo report strategici. Io leggo tutti i giorni i report inerenti la produzione sia del reparto camere che del nostro ristorante stella Michelin dal 2019.

Cons

Forse un po' costoso, paragonato agli altri, ma si ripaga totalmente con la produzione diretta.

Più prenotazioni dirette, meno lavori ripetitivi nella gestione dei portali come Booking.com, Expedia, ecc.Report automatici. Facilità di gestione del cambio turno.

Pros

Abbiamo adottato Bemyguest nel 2010 e non abbiamo mai pensato di cambiarlo.E' una piattaforma in costante evoluzione: ci riduce il carico di lavoro quotidiano e ci consente di ricevere più prenotazioni dirette. Immancabile il modulo preventivi: in 15 secondi mail grafica, bella e prenotabile inviata al cliente.

Cons

Non include un PMS. Abbiamo chiesto più volte all'azienda di sviluppare un gestionale alberghiero, ma non sono interessati. Peccato, passeremmo a loro.

Superlativa. In questo istante è la piattaforma immancabile. Lo consiglio a tutti i colleghi.

Pros

Ho trovato BeMyGuest già installato ad Abbazia e non lo conoscevo. Non ho avuto bisogno del training: è intuitivo in tutte le funzioni. Ciò che ho imparato ad usare giornalmente è la reportistica revenue: tutte le informazioni ed i kpi necessari per comprendere l'andamento delle vendite e capire se e come modificare la strategia tariffaria.Una parola la merita l'assistenza: senza pari. Gentili, disponibili e sempre professionali.

Cons

Manca una app per iphone, ma abbiamo ovviato utilizzando il cellulare android dell'azienda per chi effettua i turni e vuole monitorare le vendite senza accedere dal pc.

Pros

Booking engine semplice ed efficace anche per vendere i servizi extra.Creazione preventivi email grafici e belli in pochi secondi.Gestione del channel manager intuitivo.Integrato con Customer Alliance per gestire la reputazione.Parla con il nostro gestionale.Non lo cambieremo mai!

Cons

E' un po' costoso, paragonato ai preventivi che riceviamo dalla concorrenza, ma l'assistenza è TOP.Soldi ben spesi sempre.

Pros

Per noi è stato fondamentale per creare un ufficio prenotazioni funzionale in hotel. Ci ha consentito di gestire le prenotazioni dal sito web, dalle agenzie, dai tour operator e dalle OTA.Con il modulo Desk Reservation Manager abbiamo imparato a gestire le prenotazioni da telefono ed email.Per noi BeMyGuest è insostituibile in hotel

Cons

Sicuramente è un po' più caro dell'offerta del mercato, ma sicuramente sia il software che l'assistenza è di primo livello.

La prenotazione che consente di vendere anche extra ancillari, così come tutta la parte strategica di reportistica revenue.

Non dispone di un'app per apple iphone, quindi dobbiamo usare il cellulare aziendale android.

Si adatta alle necessità di vendita delle più diverse tipologie di ricettivo (il setup è davvero accurato) L'integrazione con i siti di prenotazione online evita il rischio di overbooking.L'automazione delle prenotazioni fa risparmiare tempo e riduce gli errori umani.Permette la gestione delle tariffe, delle disponibilità e dei limiti di soggiorno in tempo reale.Crea profili degli utenti ed accurati report di revenue management. Ottimo preventivatore, assistenza solerte.

Cons

Fino ad oggi non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi. Sono soldi spesi bene.
