Especially appealing has been its integrations of multiple self- and multi-rater assessment results with actionable goals and development plans that can be routinely tracked and adjusted as needed. Pros AspireVue brings together individual and multi-rater assessments, and the setting and tracking of individual and professional development goals, integrating all of these pieces in an overall "development journey" that allows both coach and client to monitor and adjust goals and related behaviors in a timely and appropriate manner. Cons Maneuvering between its multiple functions using the dashboard takes patience although with practice it eventually becomes "second nature."
