I have recommended this platform to my network here in the U.S. - We are very pleased with Kodiak Hub.

Pros

To finally have a system that gathers all our vendor data in one place. Has made it much easier to work internally and with our vendors. Kodiak Hub was a lot easier to integrate than our old SRM platform.

Cons

I feel like the names they've chosen for the modules/features can be a bit confusing - I find that a bit unnecessary.

Very satisfied. Their customer support has also been very helpful and easy to work with whenever we've had questions.

Pros

Very customisable for our specific needs in food production. Was easy to integrate with our ERP and other systems. Intuitive platform that's fairly easy to learn. A lot cheaper price than some more well-known solutions like e.g. SAP Ariba.

Cons

Haven't faced any real issues yet. I'm sure something will come up as it always does, but for the past 2 years we've been really happy

Using Kodiak Hub's SRM platform has been beneficial for our supplier management tasks. It provides the necessary tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. While it takes some time to set up, the system's value becomes clear with use. It's a practical choice for those looking to organise their supplier information and relationships better.

Pros

Kodiak Hub's system simplifies supplier management with a straightforward interface and useful performance dashboard. The insights that comes with the dashboards are great. It integrates well with other systems like our ERP's. We find it has enhanced our internal processes with its automated workflow features that can trigger actions you find necessary. It's also been a very Customisable system for our needs and I feel we've gotten a lot of support from their team.

Cons

No massive cons. Set up takes some time, but it's the same for any system of this magnitude.

I've had a great time using Kodiak Hub. It's made dealing with suppliers easier and more efficient. Sure, it took a minute to get used to, but now I can't imagine going back. Totally recommend it if you want to get your supplier relationships in order.

Pros

Kodiak Hub's SRM system is easy to use and keeps all our supplier info organised. It's got good analytics functions that help us make decisions, and I and other teams can access it from anywhere. Plus, their support team is awesome – always ready to help.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing.

Pros

\- very customizable for our needs, not as rigid as SAP Ariba is - Easy to use - Nice reporting functions and insights. - The Actions collaboration function is really good!

Cons

\- It took a bit longer to implement than we initially thought (a lot due to ourselves), but it was still probably 6-7 months quicker than Ariba.

\- The people working there are great partners and we feel we have a real partnership - The system is easy to use - It consolidates all our Supplier Information into one hub, we can deep-dive into supplier performance, share reports, monitor suppliers, understand where risk may be, see an audit trail/history and collaborate internally

From the initial contact to contract, to implementation to ongoing support, Kodiak hub and their employees are second to none. A pleasure working with them and using their platform, they are so helpful and responsive

Pros

Ease of use along with it did everything we needed to do but in a very clear and concise way. Its great that you can share the supplier assessment results in PDF format with stakeholders. Its a clean looking platform too.

Cons

Difficult to criticise s it works so well for us would prefer a Red, amber and green colour scheme instead of red, blue and green, but if that the best i can come up with, then it tells you all you need to know about how good it is

Reasons for choosing Kodiak Hub

Kodiak were on our price point and demonstrated value for money, they were responsive to us but not pushy. Their knowledge of their product and the procurement world was impressive, and gave me the confidence to choose them.
