My experience with Wotter has been really positive. It’s super easy to use and gives us real insight into how our team is feeling week by week. Now that we actually know what people think and feel, we’re building an action plan to tackle the things that really matter to them. The weekly check-ins are quick but so useful, and the way the AI picks up trends and digs deeper is really clever. It’s made a big difference in helping us create a more open and supportive culture.

Pros

What I love most about Wotter is that we don’t have to rely on those long, dreaded annual surveys anymore. Instead, it sends out quick weekly questions that take less than a minute to answer. Staff can also leave comments to explain their ratings, which is incredibly helpful—we get real insight into how people feel and what they’re thinking. I’m also a big fan of how the AI picks up trends in the teams and then follows up with more focused questions. It feels really smart and responsive. The Sexual Harassment survey is a brilliant addition—especially with the recent legal changes. It helps us show we’re taking our responsibility to prevent harassment seriously. I love that people can leave anonymous suggestions too—we’ve actually implemented quite a few! The live eNPS score is another highlight. You can see how different departments, age groups, and lengths of service are scoring, and it updates every week. The heatmap is a great visual tool that gives a weekly snapshot of engagement levels across the business—perfect for spotting where we need to focus or where things are going well. And finally, the Leavers feature is so valuable. It flags if anyone might be at risk of leaving, which helps us act before it’s too late.

Cons

That I did not find out about it sooner! It would’ve saved us so much time, guessing, and frustration in the past.

I am very happy using wotter because feedback is a gift and it is a way we can continuously make changes and improvements to better support our employees. It is easy and straight forward to use and I like the alternative feedback options on the surveys such as ratings, yes/no answers, comments. The team at Wotter are also friendly and always on hand if we need support.

Pros

It allows us to measure employee engagement by producing a heatmap which is vital for our business to understand where we can improve so we can make changes and improvements to better satisfy our employees. It also allows us to continue doing what we are doing well. It is also beneficial having anonymous comments because people feel more open to voice concerns or opinions which we can further support with.

Cons

The system can occasionally be slow when opening previous surveys because it takes a while to load.

### "Game Changer!"

Very positive experience with Wotter since using the platform. One of our main challenge is getting buy in from across the whole organisation but whenever we have suggestions for the platform or issues (not that there's many), the wotter team are always quick to respond and assist. Wotter is constantly being updated and moves consistently with the market. The communication on updates and whats coming next as well as insights into the platform have made working with wotter and the overall experience nothing but delightful.

Pros

The fact you can get a snapshot of your staff engagement at any time and not have to wait for an annual survey is a game changer. This allows us to be able to assess very quickly how our staff are feeling, what the morale is like across the business and within different areas and most importantly what we can do to change. It also shows employees we are listening to them on a continuous basis and allows them to have a voice openly and transparently. I also value the ability to have annoymous conversations with staff as this makes staff feel more comfortable in raising points they may not necessary feel comfortable raising initially so can allow us to get to the bottom of things before they escalate. Before Wotter, we had to rely on staff communicating with managers which if course is still an option but not everyone feels comfortable to do that in the first instance. Wotter gives staff another avenue to feel heard.

Cons

There isnt many cons to Wotter if im honest. The one thing I would like is the ability to produce a report on powerpoint or excel on particular aspects such as the heatmap, enragement levels tec which can be shared more easily across the business.

Wotter is brilliant. Not only does it help with our day to day management of the business, it also helps with the wider and important topics such as the prevention of sexual harassment and addressing any employees may have concerns immediately. If you interact with Wotter as an organisation and utilise it to it's full potential, you see changes and developments.

Pros

The data and insight we obtain from Wotter is invaluable. This has helped us to make some big changes within out business and improve the work and working lives of everyone at our company.

Cons

I would like to have the function to omit some questions, however, I completely understand why this isn't a function that is available. If you want to make changes, you need to understand all aspects including the good and bad.

Pros

With Wotter, we can see what is happening at granular level within our organisation. We nearly always see changes, whether positive or negative, before our leaders or managers recognise any issues. The data we receive from Wotter is invaluable.

A small British company that is proud of its product. They are happy to engage with their customers and any problems are quickly addressed and resolved.

Pros

Easy to use as an employer, good value for money, not painful or time consuming for our employees. Very useful data and stats on employee engagement, enabling us to focus on lower scoring areas. Also love that it is an evolving product.

Doesn't always work smoothly on mobile phones.

Phenomenal! It has allowed us to have immediate feedback from our teams, analyses the data for us and segments the data into useful variants to allow us to understand our teams more deeply.

Pros

The platform allows us to gauge immediate, in the moment feedback from our teams. The analytics are great to dig down and understand the areas we need to focus on together with the areas we excel at. The platform allows our team to participate with the platform with the reassurance it protects anonymity and also allows the business to interact with the users. The AI functuon is a game changer!

Cons

Feedback we have had from our teams is that the questions can be repetitive and there is no flexibility as a business to tailor/customise the question set.

Cons

I like it! We may need to customise some questions for us a little if possible e.g. questions about "my team" don't always apply to us as we are a small organisation and we don't all have one clear team within that. Also some questions elicit answers that aren't always relevant to the company (e.g. financial questions may get answers that the company cannot affect or is unrelated to what the company pays that individual).

Really successful! Easy to use and gives handy insights into pressure points for our employees so that we can proactively try to head off any issues before they start causing problems. I recommend it to loads of people.

Pros

It is super easy to use, doesn't ask too many questions and is really helpful for catching potential issues before they happen! The admin console part is really helpful and gives extra advice and analysis of results, I love it.

Cons

Can't think of anything in particular, it works really well.
