They are a great team, always hand to help or give advice and they are always looking at ways to continue improving what they do.

Pros

The team is always on hand to help or give advice which is great. I would love to use this more as its a great system to keep track of how your team is feeling and what they're thinking. Goal for 2025 - to get it going properly!

Cons

My own time and commitment has been limited so I cant say there have been any cons!
