Pros The product was very easy to implement in our Wix-based website solution, with no coding necessary at all. It works very well right out the box and doesn't impact our website loading speed in any way. Cons Every site visit counts towards the free tier 500 limit, with no option in the free tier to limit the geographic reach - meaning our chatbot is even loaded outside our city, which we don't really need.
