The integration of geospatial data and BIM was fundamental to optimize the management of assets and resources in the aforementioned construction company. Through the visualization and analysis of custom thematic maps, we were able to proactively identify and solve problems related to location and infrastructure, in addition to this, it allowed me to search for the best visualization-based network connection system, something more focused on my college career. Pros One of the many things that I liked the most about this tool was its intuitive and friendly interface, since it made it easy for me to visualize and analyze geographic information and BIM models in a single environment, as well as having the ability to combine and correlate geospatial data. with BIM elements, this simply significantly improved the understanding and context of the project. Lastly, it features ArcGIS GeoBIM functionality that enables sophisticated spatial analysis and custom thematic map creation, contributing to more informed and efficient decision-making to improve the overall state of the builder. Cons While I really like the BIM and geospatial data integration that this tool has, it is excellent. However, we sometimes had technical challenges working with data models of different formats and standards, something that cost time and resources but has been fixed. Although it is somewhat expensive, the time savings and good work is worth it. Pros The functionality that I consider most useful is the possibility of working at the same time with other colleagues. This saves time, which is necessary to meet deadlines. Not to mention about the combination of BIM and GIS improves the design and execution of infrastructures. Cons The cost is somewhat high, but it justifies it. Regarding the level that is needed is the professional, so you must be familiar with BIM and GIS technology.
