Cons Al principio se dio compleja la integración por unificar tantas cosas a la vez, pero son cosas de adaptación. Unfortunately, our cases are usually assigned to employees who are overseas and the language issue can be very frustrating and time-consuming. Pros Built on ServiceNow platform so is very flexible. Cons Lack of understanding of our industry lead to over customization without fully understanding the downstream effects. Nuvolo provides good support, but this system needs several in-house support personnel who fully understand the product to manage/maintain/update constantly. Reasons for choosing Nuvolo I was not with our company at the time the switch was made.
