Performance has improved and our team is more engaged and motivated than before. Pros The software was extremely easy to set up and the support from the Olympia team was phenominal Cons There are constantly new features being added which is great, but presents an additional learning curve for users. Having said this it does not take long to assimilate changes and all the additions have been very welcome and useful.
