Pros

Setting up google analytics goal tracking with GTM is easy and powerful. For example we create goals for our clients with GTMs so that we can track lead conversions on different landing pages. All of that data is shown in google analytics so that you can create reports with ease

Cons

There is a large learning curve and trial and error if you don't have experience, luckily Google provides a lot of text tutorials that walk you through processes step by step.

Pros

It's good that you have just a single platform to create multiple tags in one or more websites. It's relatively easy to understand and maneuver through the portal so those without much experience with the software shouldn't really have any struggles.

Cons

Global site tags for Google Ads doesn't seem to integrate well with the 360 platform. Sometimes you may have to place the code directly into the desired website(s) and bypass the portal.
