Nous avons adapté à notre besoin l'outil pour le module de suivi livraison et de traçabilité des livreurs. L'outil permet très bien l'optimisation des flux. Cons La seule chose est que nous souhaiterions pouvoir supprimer le module de signature client qui ne convient pas à notre métier. Sinon, l'outil est parfait pour notre besoin. L'ajout des températures des camions sur le logiciel serait top. Pros L'intégration des données du logiciel MTS-1 remontant directement dans notre logiciel. Cette intégration nous permet d'avoir beaucoup plus rapidement les informations et nous fait gagner un temps précieux. J'apprécie particulièrement la faciliter d'ajouter un point de manière manuelle. Cons Pas mal de difficultés à intégrer MTS-1 avec notre logiciel. Nous avons eu pas mal de ratés au début, ce qui a entraîné du retard pour notre production, de la double saisie pour nos équipes.
