Pros De tool is eenvoudig in gebruik. Dankzij de koppeling met beleidsvelden weet iedereen waarom we bepaalde projecten doen en waaraan ze bijdragen. Dat zorgt voor extra commitment. De projecten en taken zijn efficiënt in te richten en goed te volgen. De communicatietool als chat binnen het project zorgt ervoor dat iedereen die betrokken is bij het project continu meegenomen wordt in de laatste stand van zaken. Last but not least wil ik hier het bestandsbeheer noemen. Doordat belangrijke documenten in de tool gehangen kunnen worden, kan iedereen (met rechten) hierbij. Geen mistige cloud mapjes, maar helder en bereikbaar voor iedereen die erbij moet kunnen. Heerlijk!De app die ze nu ontwikkelen helpt de communicatie binnen het project nog verder te versnellen. De rust die dit mee zich meebrengt kunnen we nu omzetten in focus op het realiseren van onze doelen. I'm always up to date about different projects and it also helps me to stay on the right track towards the goal(s) I have set. Pros I like the clear overview the software gives you. I also like the different layers it offers, for example you can have your daily to do's in the software as well as your yearplan or development plan. You can easily add (external) people to a project. This way you have one place you communicate from with third parties and also see the progress of the project. At last, I like that it forces you to really think about your projects instead of just starting with something it forces you to set clear goals and assurance points to make sure you reach your goals.
