I would say it's a positive experience and makes my life and the customer's lives easier as through Viewabo, I am able to directly see what the customer is seeing and can help better navigate through troubleshooting steps. Sometimes it is very hard to explain something clearly just using words, so having a way to view the eyes through the customer has been very helpful.

Pros

I really enjoy how simple it is to deploy the software. It's very simple on both ends (users and customers) and is a very painless and seamless experience.

Cons

The software can be inconsistent in video quality. I would say it has worked more times than not, but on with certain phones (did not think to ask about their Phone specs) the app seemed not to work at all. The only thing I was able to navigate was Firefox was one browser that Viewabo never had any luck with connecting to.

Its one of the most useful things we can use for assisting people and i enjoy using it when i get a chance

being able to see what the customer is looking at and being able to direct them to where they need to be

keeps coming in a negative filter making it a little hard to see what i am looking at

Great Program and really no complaints what so ever besides with a few iphone users

Pros

Having the ability to use a video chat to assist customer with locating items in the computer like screws and components to assist with troubleshooting the inners of the computer

Cons

Sometimes when trying to connect to someone with an iphone can be problematic and not work.

Overall, this is a great tool to have as a technical support agent and customers like it too because it allows them to show the issue they're having with real-time detail, eliminating the need for them to describe the issue over the phone or an email.

Pros

I really like the ability to have a portal that allows me to see what my customer sees. In technical support, one of the biggest challenges is fully understanding what the customer is experiencing. Having this tool allows for my team to have a better understanding of reported issues by seeing what the customer sees in real-time, eliminating the need for back and forth emailing.

Cons

Sometimes, it simply does not work. Certain mobile platforms (such as Apple) usually have some sort of security built-in that prevents the application from working properly.

Has helped many inexperienced customer locate components and troubleshoot their PCs

Pros

Being able to see what the customer sees (bonus if they have a good camera and good reception)

Cons

The software can sometimes not work based on the combination of phone/web browser being used on the client side.

Overall, it takes out the guesswork on trying to figure out that the customer is trying to explain to us. We can literally see what there seeing in Realtime and not have to wait for emails to come in with pictures.

Pros

The ability to highlight certain areas on the screen with different color boxes does come in handy when showing our customer what parts to look out for. That and the ability to start the video feed in a windows format works perfect with us since we all run multi monitor setups.

Cons

There is a few instances where the video feature will not work on IOS devices, or the video feed will not show and all we get is a black screen.

It has been a valuable tool for when the customer can figure something on their own, we can quickly set up a session without any hassle with our end and without the customer’s frustration. Making it easy and fast to help them in their tech problems

Pros

easy to set up via SMS, email or link no hassle with password or codes

Cons

sometimes because of the network connection will drop the mic on the customer side or just a black screen as well for both parties but not a mayor problem
