Pros Monday Sales CRM is customizable, so that the user can create automated workflow that is adaptable to their needs and it can grow and change as the user's company's needs change. It was also among the least expensive/best value CRMs that I looked at. Cons The customizable features are a double edged sword, because while they are great, there is quite a bit of time and program knowledge that needs to be acquired in order to properly implement it. I tried everything from Google Sheets, to OneNote, to HubSpot, and none of them worked. They weren't customizable, the customer service wasn't helpful, and they all utilize a one size fits all approach. Monday.com has played a true part in growing our business, as we're less focused on scrambling to ensure we haven't let anything slip past us in terms of follow ups with clients, project management, billing tracking, document storage, and more. This program works great for trying to keep track of multiple clients and follow up, keeping everyone on the same page, and enabling your contact storage and document storage all in one place. This program has sincerely saved MY life, and my colleagues talk about how thankful they are for this as well, after working at multiple large companies and never finding a program that works as well as this. Thank goodness for Monday.com! Pros This software has changed the way our healthcare practice runs. Nothing falls through the cracks, we have a place to store documents, and it's easy to use. This program is fantastic. Cons The only thing I'm not crazy about is the mobile application. I still have it, and use it, but I wish it was a bit easier to use. Pros Love how easy it is to use and the fact that my entire team can keep track of our projects. I also love using the shared boards for our clients to keep their information organized. Cons I'd say the only thing I dislike about the software is I can't "View by role" In other words, there is no option for me to "view" another users "view" so I can see what they see and make sure they can see everything they are supposed and make sure they CAN NOT see what they are NOT supposed to see. The automations make designing a workflow for your team incredibly straight forward. Cons Some automations don't always work the exact way you want them, and there are limitations on some features e.g. graphing, which make the product less flexible than hoped for. I also liked the usability of the software over some of the others we reviewed. Ultimately I'm not sure if we will go with Monday.com because we really are looking more for a CRM/Project management tool in one. Pros I liked the aesthetic of Monday.com the most. It was easy to use and I was able to teach myself how to use the software by utilizing the many tutorials and video/webinars. Monday.com is a great task manager and provides a lot of automation to the 'remembering' of project management. Cons I wanted more from the software in terms of reportability. I'd like to be able to customize reporting and this seemed like a limited option for Monday. We also were hoping for a robust CRM component to the software and this too was lacking for this particular application. Their team of Customer Service & Developers have been genuinely helpful & attentive to my suggestions for additional capabilities that have improved my utilization. If you are looking for a system that strives to meet your needs & is continuously evolving to be better- Monday.com is for you! Cons I honestly do not have any complaints. Even on the rare occasion I have the thought that the system could do more, customer service is quick to pass on my suggestion for additional functions to the developers & it is not long before I see that capability added. One could share a specific project with others through invitations. The UX and GUI used in this application are worth mentioning and create a huge impact on the users. The tasks to be done are simple and easy to understand. If your company has a lot of departments, this application lets you have a close look at each section. The projects which are completed and those under process are displayed separately. Cons It is quite expensive. The plans put up are not useful for all type of users. January 27, 2017 5.0 My business partner and I have been struggling to use SmartSheets - not because it isn't a robust project management program, but because it's too complex for our small business. I stumbled upon monday.com and signed up for a free trial. In less than 40 minutes, I had created a Sales Pipeline board that I populated with content and was useable immediately. It's addictive. I have always dreaded project management but monday.com makes it fun. I find myself logging on at home in the evenings if something creative crosses my mind while I'm cooking or working out. It's incredibly easy to use and feels really robust. I've already recommended it to four people and we've just ended our trial period and signed up for a plan! Pros Easy to use, intuitive, addicting - makes you want to log on and play around. Love the color coding, options for customization, and more. Cons Haven't found any yet. I'll let you know.
