Great one, I like this better, better cost, easier for the things we wanted we don't miss the things that it doesn't do.

Pros

Coming from Salesforce this is as big step in the right direction. East to learn, use and navigate.

Cons

Learning something new is always difficult, but with time patience and a few online tutorials its not that bad once you get the hang of it.

The best feature about Monday is the ease of use. It allows you to structure a very comprehensive CRM to you and your team.

Cons

When uploading documents the documents would not upload and one would have to refresh the website and reupload the documents.

I just discovered Monday 2 years after I first tested it. It was a big wow!

Pros

Monday is such a versatile tool. The different views makes it perfect for anyone. You are not tied to a CRM because of the view only.

Cons

The learning curve could be high for some people but give yourself a day and you'll save 10 days! Awesome.

Very helpful, this CRM allowed us to get more organized in our process and provides great visibility to our performance.

Pros

Easy to manage and customize. Love that it is easy on the eyes, very color and fun to play around with.

Cons

More options for automations/integrations. Challenging to set up proper automations for non-tech people.

Overall, very satisfied with the product, looking forward to the new options and features that are always evolving and changing to make it more universal for use.

Pros

Easy to use and modify, customer service is there to help you. Great central location for information that is shared across team.

Cons

Some of the available board features such as the check box cannot be combined into use with automations. However, the program is designed to evolve and update so I'm sure things like this will eventually be added to our automation options.

It has been pleasant for the mot part

Pros

I like the ease of use and the ability to everything from one main dashboard, as well the ease of adding automations

Cons

There is a learning curve when you first start using Mondays. You also pay a lot more compared to similar software like "Click Up". With Mondays it seems like all you are really getting is pretty display with easy automations. The mobile abb could also get a facelift for better functionality

very easy to use and great CRM features. very good interface easy to learn and very visual. easy run reports and see projects

Cons

integrations with outlook sometimes do not work for a couple days with no apparent reasons. After a couple days it will work again

The nicest feature of Monday.com is how simple it is to use and how easily you can adapt templates to your requirements. You have easy access to the delays, escalations, and progress of your team.

Cons

I wish there were more instructional videos available for the most widely used automations and some of the apps' integration.

Overall, it's fantastic I have contractors in Pakistan and Brazil as well as employees locally and we all stay on track.

Pros

Monday.com was integral to my small business's growth. In 2021 we grew by 26% from the year before. I needed to become more organized and efficient and Monday.com helped me do that.

Cons

There are a number of apps I use elsewhere in my business that I can only connect with Monday by using Zapier, and I don't like Zapier. I wish they connected directly.

Reason for choosing monday CRM

I liked the ease of use compared to more difficult products.

Pros

The best part about monday is the ease of collaboration. My team is able to update each other on project/process progress, share data and files, and provide feedback, all without the deluge of emails.

Cons

The worst thing about monday is how easy it is to create too many monday boards. It is important to keep a clean workspace and not overburden the team.

It's great for our design and development agency, it just works; it works well with clients through sharable boards as well as internal management. We can build up our processes based on the requirements of our clients or projects; which vary in size and industry - the customisation of the boards makes working with monday.com a breeze. There are a couple of things we would love to see in addition but our general experience has been awesome!

Pros

Customisation of boards, Internal, Sharable and Private board abilities. Discussions with clients through Shareable boards makes managing tasks easier alongside typical email discussions.

Cons

The API is a little limited and prevents us from creating our own integrations with monday.com to better suit some of our clients.
