Above all the look and feel, easy to setup

Cons

More freedom in feelds, like in Notion. But we prefer Monday for lot of tasks above notion.

monday.com is perfect. Before we used an old fashioned T Card set up, writing all our projects onto little bits of paper, sadly paper goes missing and clients end up unhappy. Since we got monday.com to keep track of all projects the team work on we have been 99% successful in keeping projects up to date and good to see where others are at at different projects. I cannot praise monday.com enough for the easy to use software they have made. I can keep tracks on prjects from home and from mobile while travelling. 10/10

Pros

Easy to use, minimal design makes it easy on the eyes, easy to keep track of projects and keep in touch with other team members

Cons

IF I had to say 1 issue with monday.com, it would be the tenancy to update the software without notice. I am fairly tech savvy as they say so it's not an issue for me but understand people not as tech savvy might not be tuned to change as quickly.

Pros

The fact that I can access all the information in one place to get my job done! I must say the color schemes is another thing that keeps it popping and exciting!!

Cons

I think the only thing that comes to mind is the ability of exporting to excel. I work for a company that uses the platform and I think it's best to keep all the information stored in Monday.

Strong - good product and easy to use

Pros

We used mainly project tracking for customer success projects in our roles in the sales team. The dashboard was strong. It could get enormous, but that could be our build. Not the most visually stimulating but definitely got the job done.

Cons

Could get a good very crowded on the board - but that could be our build.

Pros

My husband and I work as a mortgage team and felt that were struggling keeping our current files and active leads organized. Because of that, we felt like we weren't serving our clients to the best of our abilities and felt that we were losing potential clients because of our lack of organization. I reached out to several coworkers about what platform to use and while I tried several recommendations, monday.com was by far the easiest to set up. We immediately noticed an improvement in the service to our customers as well as communication among our team. I have since recommended monday.com to several coworkers and quite a few have already signed up and are raving about it to. I cannot thank you enough Monday.com !!!

Cons

there is not a single thing i can say that i do not like.

Reason for choosing monday CRM

easiest to set up and seemed like it had more features geared to what we were needing for organization.

I can control from my cell phone everything that I need to keep track of. I can authorize quotes, payments, appointments.... wherever I am in a very expedite manner

Pros

It is completely open and easy to structure to your personal needs. Even though I was looking for a bpm, I am doing so much more with Monday (process control, finance, crm, internal messenger...)

Cons

The things that I am missing are due, not to the software itself, but to the type of package that I am subscribed to, if I switch to the Pro version I’d have everything I need

It has been great, the template library makes it so easy to see how other companies use Monday and find layouts that work best for you.

Pros

I love Monday.com, I use it for not only task management but sales planning, lead cultivation and much more. It’s use is endless and when introducing it to my team they also felt the same.

Cons

Maybe offering more webinars as those are great to find out hidden uses!

Pros

The software as a whole is very intuitive and easy to use. The integrations to other platforms we use and the diverse range of automation makes managing sales pipeline so much easier.

Cons

There isny anything in the platform that i dislike. Maybe having more micro level access on some board would be great to have.

Overall I am satisfied with Monday.com because although the price is a bit high, I do get good quality with what I pay.

Pros

The automations is the feature that is most critical for me. In reality, its the only reason I chose this platform over others because of its ease of use.

Cons

What I least like about the software is the price. It does a good job at meeting my needs but it is a little pricey compared to other options in my opinion.

Reason for choosing monday CRM

I had used it previously with another company and I was comfortable with the setup.

I really like it, I was able to connect my Gmail account without problems and manage all my emails directly from the platform.

Pros

I really like the task assignment function, it was also very useful to be able to organize and distribute pending tasks within my team.

Cons

Well, the truth is, I would have liked to have the ability to generate customizable reports and obtain more detailed statistics about my sales and activities.

So far I've been happy with this CRM, however, I've only been using it for a month so I'll see how useful it stays to me over the next year.

Pros

Monday CRM was extremely easy for me to pickup without any agonizing Webinars or tutorials. I'm using this program to keep track of my buyers and sellers for residential real estate and love how easy it is to make labels outlining the current status/next steps for my deals. It provides one central location to keep track of everything I'm working on. Google Calender integration/syncing is very simple as well.

Cons

I do wish there was more text/email integration with this CRM. I've used SalesForce prior to this and loved how easily I could keep track of emails, texts, and phone calls by syncing it with my phone. However, I also understand this software is tremendously cheaper than SalesForce and that's why I'm now using it.
