It's also extremely versatile so can handle brainstorming meetings, project reviews, even lightweight CRM and sales tracking. Always a fast and friendly service from the monday.com team too. It has streamlined communication both inhouse and with clients. Most of the functionality is superb, however, there are a few tweaks that need to be addressed. A major set back as of lately is the lack in email notifications. One has to check the pulse boards to see changes this can be an annoying experience. Any other feature that needs work is the board sorting. Sorting features are reset whenever a new line item is added. Again, annoying and needs improvement. Those are the two complaints. Overall a 4 star product, 5 star interface, and 5 star customer service. Pros The interface. Easy to make changes and customize your experience. Cons The lack of email notifications. Pros I like Monday.com because of the creative way it offers to work in teams and offer CRM solutions. Because it is based around visually organizing information it is easy to come up with new intuitive ideas on how to improve your business. Pros I like the presentation, either you have experience in this types of platforms or not, you can easily get to know your way around it. The fact that is very visual makes it easy to navigate and update with the information required, even our clients can check their appointment so no one miss any date. Cons It's a little bit expensive for an small company, I am just a user but sometimes I need to make recommendations based in budgets and for a small business is not easy to pay Review Source AS Ady S. It is very easy to use so the on boarding and adoption of new users is seamless. It is also great to communicate to clients the status of the project and turns long meetings to be quick, efficient and clear. As much as I hate gantt views, people nonetheless are used to see them, so I would love to see that feature in monday.com moving forwards. All and all it's a great tool, especially if you work in a company that uses Microsoft's stack (as opposed to Google), so collaborating is challenging and usually done via emails. Interactive and user friendly. Pros It's incredibly user friendly. Templates are well designed, and I love the custom template option. Easy to manipulate as you go- if something isn't working, you don't have to reinvent the wheel. Storage and update options (including Q&A, etc.) within Pulses work really well for ongoing projects and organization. Cons Search/Filter needs to be included for all plans. I have only had good experiences with this product. Pros The software is amazing and one of the easiest CRM's I've used to date. As a small company I struggled to find a solution that didn't include "must have's" that where not relevant to my needs. Monday.com allows me to customise everything to my needs and is extremely easy to set up. The "feature" I love the most is that each board starts as a blank slate. Therefore, project leads, managers, executives, operational leaders etc. can quickly create tools to help manager development efforts, repetitive tasks, operational workflows, and even customer outreach. Pros Open "blank slate" boards. Great for tracking more than just tasks. You can build workflow and even CRM tools. Cons Task to task relationship / dependency is a needed feature. I highly recommend this tool for business, freelancers and anyone who needs help managing their everyday task. Pros Easy to manage projects, send files to clients and interact with clients easily.
