Pros I love that this is fully customizable! The visual color blocks make things simple and easy to organize. Having the ability to track individual projects, along with group projects all in one place is exactly what I was looking for. Cons I wish it logged the status changes and that you could set an alert or reminder for a task. i.e. "follow up with Susan regarding artwork changes" and then it would email you or pop up to remind you on a set day. Get this" February 22, 2019 5.0 I absolutely love working with Monday.com and am actually in the process of upgrading the plan. We now use it in our sales, CRM and project management. In the new situation we will also use for time tracking, custom tags and formulas. I absolutely love it. I used some other tools before but will stay with Monday.com. Pros \- Ease of use - Intuitive Interface - Can be used for anything (sales, CRM, project management, creative) - Ample example boards to build on - Great support - Great discount for start-ups - You can write email updates directly to boards Cons At the time we started, we were not able to get in on a monthly paying with PayPal. It helps with communication with our sales staff that are on the road. It makes our day easier and I'm sure we haven't even begun to use it to it's fullest potential yet. Used the software for: ### "Quick and easy tool for project management " March 1, 2017 5.0 Wonderful products which has saved me lots of time, and of my clients too. The most amzing is the response time of their after-sales team which never (I mean never) fails to respond to me within 1 minute each time I have a question to the extend that I run out of my question inventory. I am a corporate user in China and expected that speed of the sotware could be an issue - but very quickly it was resolved and now it runs as smooth as I wish. We now use it for internal and external projects. It is not perfect but great to see that on-going improvements happen constantly - this is something I like which shows that R&D effort is building up, rather than dieing out in the process. Pros It was very easy to setup and understand from the start. Furthermore, it required very brief training in order to on board my team. This program allowed us to quickly organize our multiple projects. Cons I would like to see the calendar integration with Outlook improve by allowing more customization options. April 4, 2017 5.0 So we've been using DaPulse for just over 2 months now. We have increased our effectiveness dramatically since this happened and I would definitely attribute a large part of that to the system! Previously we had workflows where multiple processes were being lost between our management team and one of our main clients due to emails being missed and not loaded. Now, we simply shot those automatically onto dapulse and there is a clear track-record and adaptable data which we can then manipulate as we need. We're also able to track weekly tasks as well as overall project progress all on the same platform. What a pleasure! Do yourself a favour...and give it a try! I enjoyed the incredible customer service and how easy it was to use the platform. It really functions well as a CRM and I loved how easily deadlines can be incorporated with Google calendar. The only reason we discontinued service was because my team simply wouldn't onboard with the system. They're so used to Google Docs. Pros Super easy to create projects and control them. Boards are easy to configure. Templates are a great starting point for all sorts of projects. It took me a while to find a great project management tool that lays out, in really easy-to-use format, all projects and tasks for the team. It's also easy for clients and new team members to pick up. I also like the search functionality - all I have to do is search each team member's name to see what tasks they've done and what they have to do.
