We've been using Monday.com CRM to manage our sales pipeline and team workflows, and overall it’s been a solid tool. It’s highly customisable, visually intuitive, and great for collaboration. The ability to tailor pipelines, automate follow-ups, and integrate with tools like Slack and Gmail has helped us streamline a lot of our manual processes.

Great! Highly recommend to all! Great for just starting out and small teams to larger bigger operations.

Pros

Easy to use, really like all the features, automation, collaborating with team members and sequences. I really enjoy creating SOP's through Monday and can track KPI's of employees and where leads originated.

Cons

It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. There's a little learning curve if you've never used workflow process before but plenty of help online, through templates, and customer support.

Cons

What I liked least about Monday CRM is that some of the more advanced features require higher-tier plans, which can add up quickly. It also took a bit of time to fully understand how to set up and optimize the workflows—there’s a learning curve if you’re new to project or CRM tools

its been positive. there should be more prompts to complete information in certain cells and better more appealing reports would be great for management meetings

simple to use, clear columns and layout. making changes to information is very easy and the email feature is incredibly helpful

data entry could be more intuitive. its positive, I would change the colouring and presentation of the information. it should look more visually enticing

I think it is easy to use and for what we need it for it is very functional. I can create my own veiw so I can see only my leads is very helpful.

Pros

I like that I can sort the leads and call them in the order that I want to. The fact that I can have a view just for me. I can also move my columns to fit my liking.

Cons

That when I switch status on a call the note that I have inserted go away. I wish they would stay with the new dispo.

At first, I had trouble understanding what each tab was for since there was so many clustered in one space. Though, it took me only a week or so to fully get acustomed to the program

Pros

Its easy to use, colorful, engaging, and clean-cut. I appreciate the confetti and automated noises, its fun.

Cons

Its a bit cluttered, things are very close together and some things are difficult to access for my older coworkers.

Great so far! I think once I get into a rhythm with things it will be incredibly helpful and will make me far more efficient.

Pros

It organizes my contacts so neatly and makes partner management less overwhelming. It also helps me keep track of customer interactions that are not usually logged and are forgotten about. I like the idea that the person who comes into my role after me will be able to access the entire history of customer interactions and be caught up.

Cons

It does require more effort and meticulous logging, especially on the front end. Because it does not automatically "log itself"/ is not connected to my email I have to manually add any updates. This helps keep me organized but is a bit tedious.

So far we love it. We struggled with organization as our company has a lot of data but Monday made it a breeze.

Pros

My favorite part of Monday is its Ease of Use, organization ability and value for the money. I have used other products and switched to Monday.

Cons

My least favorite thing about Monday is how the hidden some of the items are that are available. For example you have to go and download them to use them like the email templates.

Very good, it hasn't been the first CRM-type application I've used, but I like it in terms of cost-benefit ratio. We get a lot of use out of it in the company; it allows us to have control and care for each of our clients in the best way

A compact and complete application that will allow you to centralize your company's information. It lets you organize client contacts and related information, so you can create a work plan for those potential clients

Cons

Its price and the learning curve—if you're not used to or haven't used CRM program interfaces—can be a bit complicated at first, but after that, it becomes easier and more natural

Monday has been easy to work with and implement, works for multiple departments across the company, and makes project tracking super simple.

Pros

Monday makes project management and collaboration a breeze. So easy to work in a remote environment and inform other teams of progress.

Cons

Monday is an expensive tool, so certainly a premium product to Asana but has more functionality so worth the money.

This is a better tool, though more expensive but Asana was not doing it for us. Not enough technical improvements.

there's a simple intuitive nature to it that doesn't require a long learning curve unlike other CRM systems

it can easily get a a bit much with the ability to create more and more tasks and if the team isn't properly trained it can turn into too many tasks

The Monday CRM has covered almost all the features which are necessary for project management work, we used this for our company in the past to manage the project operations and experience was good

Cons

There are too many features sometimes it looks cluttered and confused where to go and what to do and UI is also confusive

The ease of using it. User interface is very simple to learn and I like that I can add systems simply.

Cons

Confusion with some features including sending mass emails. I also think there could be some more simple ways to create new groups.

The customer support is very negligible and they can give more attention to small startup business as well and during the trial period as well they can reach out to us and ask about the feedback but nothing has happend. and you need to learn all the operational work by yourself only by watching videos

AI email replies and Sale tracking and lead scoring features I Liked and they are doing continuous features addition.

Cons

The customer support is very weak and also there are many lags in the crm as well, it can be better in terms of UI and need in person demo to understand all these feature with any videos you will not get anything
