Pros

monday.com helps our team ensure that nothing falls through the cracks in our business, we use it for forecasting, resource management, project management, account management and more. Our team is on the platform every day using it to run all aspects of our business, and I don't know what we'd do without monday.com!

Cons

There are certain forms and dashboards we use that we haven't yet converted to monday.com. Mostly this is an issue of bandwidth for our team... but I'd love to see monday.com share a list of 3rd party consultants they recommend to help support a complete transition to the platform.

We don't drop the ball anymore. Monday keeps us on-track and carry through on all projects. The fact that we are so organized makes us close deals and impress prospects, specially in such a disorganized industry as IT.

Pros

Easy of use and how flexible it is. All our customers and prospects have different needs and projects.

Cons

Some feature could still be improved. However, what matters the most is there.

he product has solved inter company communication and CRM issues. We have been able to get on the same page together now quite easily.

Pros

I like the ease of the software and the user experience. The look and feel makes it great to go to daily

Cons

The Product can be very in depth when I do not need something to be. But it is a great product.

A easy to use product that I find can do all the things I want to do as I discover them.

Pros

This is a quick and easy CRM to setup and use. As you get familiar with it and find additional things you want to do with Monday.com, you can add or change the way it works to suit you.

Cons

As with all good Software, people who use it want to use it for other things. I would like to do my quotes in Monday.com but of course it is not a quoting tool.

This is my second company using Monday.com and the first time utilizing the CRM. The automations are great!

Pros

The interface is simple and easy to use while being pleasant to interact with.

Cons

The system has crashed a few times due to technical errors and we do really rely on Monday.com so that hasn't been ideal. It is typically resolved quite quickly.

Pros

Our office needed a virtual management software for processes that we're even created yet. The ease of transformations in Monday make changing processes and items simple - often times, just click and drag! It makes creating and then re-working things straight forward.

Cons

The only complaints I have are that the automations aren't always reliable and when they don't work you don't really know it.

Overall Monday has been good. I have been able to customize it nearly exactly how I want it. The freezing and lack of loading (mostly on mobile) is frustrating, but I mostly use Monday in the browser anyway.

Pros

I like the built-in automation and task tracking the most. It has saved time by automatically sending emails, creating new leads, and making changes based on certain conditions. Live updating dashboards are nice too when keeping track of sales or financial numbers.

Cons

It can be buggy and slow, especially with complex or large boards on mobile. Additionally, the expanded view of items is customizable but not the best.

I love it! Has kept me organized and on top of all of my work as a commercial real estate agent.

Pros

Keeps track of all my contacts and most of my interactions with clients, also great for managing projects and workflows.

Cons

Communication integaration has been a slight issue with Outlook, there are ways to get around it though and make it work. Also have had some issue with tracking activities and losing some meeting notes which can sometimes be unreliable.

if you are a small medium business, I think that Monday can serve you well. you get lots of other benefits when using Monday for other applications so it is a win win.

Pros

The ease of use and ease of implementation made it great to persuade my colleagues to start working with Monday. we are supposed to start working with Salesforce in a 1/2 a year. not sure it would be easy to make the change.

Cons

you still need to configure the product to your needs. designated apps come with more ready made processes but the cost is much higher

Monday pulled us out of excel and the filing cabinet. we used a cheap version of sales force for small business' but it could do less than half of what Monday had to offer

Pros

Monday is quick to adapt to the management needs in the firework industry making it a great platform that we can quickly adjust if needed.

Cons

some of the reporting we pull from it require creating hidden columns to manipulate data making it something not the average user can always do.

It's been amazing to learn my ways around Mondaty.com but also not easy - a lot of time was spent on creating workflows and testing them, trying to make from it a familiar CRM software I've used before.

Pros

I love the intuitive UI and level of customisation easily achieved on Monday, it's an amazing software. Very collaborative and engaging, was great to introduce to my colleagues.

Cons

It is not actually a CRM, the entities aren't really connected, they are not independent entities but items that stands for themselves only as part of a board. hard to explain! the interaction between each entity had to be done manually, connected, automated. logic and basic features from previous CRMs needed to be re-invented. it takes a lot of thought to make it a proper CRM that contains some complicated features. Some featured remained unachievable.

Best organization software I've used.

Pros

Fully customizable. I have boards for everything from lead management to bill tracking. Want to mark how likely you are to get a 5 star review from a client? You can make a column for that. Want to upload photos to a client's project? You can do that too. Want to create an automation to import emails based on keywords and create new leads automatically. Easy. This is a life saver.

Cons

So far, every one of my complaints have been resolved by new updates.

The biggest benefit is the organization that as a company we are able to have and also to provide the same organization to our clients. Monday is a gamechanger.

Pros

What I like the most about the software is that is user-friendly and there are a lot of resources to actually understand how to use it. The same system can be helpful in so many different ways, it is AWESOME!

Cons

My least favorite thing about is the last updates that it had. I don't feel the new layout is a good fit for me, it could be nice that we had the option to use the previous version. Besides that, I dont like that we are not able to tag ourselves when we write updates.

There are some very basic features like being able to attach an attachment to an email that are missing.

This platform is allowing collaboration across the different internal disciplines and ensuring people are using the system. With the quick response from Monday.com support we are able to get issues resolved very quickly

Pros

Since moving to Monday.com it has taken little effort to turn my team into experts in the platform. We are finding new ways everyday to improve the system through the collaboration across the entire team.

Cons

There is a few minutes delay between actioning something and it being picked up through an automation or elsewhere in the system.

I like it, will continue using it, and will grow with it.

Pros

I've tried other platforms, but went with Monday.com for many reasons - ease of use, flexibility, integrations, and because make frequent updates that continue to improve.

Cons

It's a big 'large' in view - i.e. other platforms are much tidier and easy to visualize. Monday.com has a bigger interface, which sometimes makes it harder to put as many things on a page as I wish. However, this can be fixed using ultra hires monitor(s).

Organizing our projects become easier, sharing that progress with clients is easier, billing for projects is easier, chatting about the tasks and sharing files is easier...seriously...everything is easier with Monday.com.

Pros

Being able to customize anything we want. We assign colors to employees so we can see who is falling behind or carrying the majority of the workload. We can see if a certain client has a lot of urgent items and needs more attention. We can share our progress with clients so they can see in real-time what we are working on. We've created a way for Billing to know when it is time to bill for a project b y using the tags feature. The software is simply amazing. I cannot recommend it enough.

Cons

I would like a way to sync certain items so they could be on 2 boards at once. I reached out to support about it and they were friendly, helpful, and gave me a great suggestion. It's not exactly what I want, but it absolutely works better than nothing. Seriously, my only complaint is that one tiny feature request.
