Beautiful and flawless. Zero lag. Zero issues. Everything that we believed it was, is. We will continue to use for the future.

Pros

The functionality of Monday for the low cost is an enormous benefit to our organization. We use the CRM for communication with clientele and have had zero issues or complaints about the product that we were sold on.

Cons

I wish there were more capability to enable cold outreach at scale. Combining the CRM with the beta Campaign tool and adding better outreach functionality would be awesome.

Overall, I enjoy monday because of the ease of use, but also the general capabilities for a small business make it an efficient and. Way effective means to quickly set up my organization. Prior to setting up the CRM for our team, they were using spreadsheets and making lists to organize their clients and leads. In less than a week I was able to set up the system and implement a fully automated system for deal management.

Pros

The ease to set up and the workflow management of the CRM is very user friendly. It’s super easy to set up automations and any question I had I could do a quick Google search and an easy to follow tutorial was available.

Cons

Limitations with automations as well as being forced to buy capabilities through 3rd party integrations. Although mi day is very well pricing and we absolutely are getting the best value for our money, there are requirements to level up plan subscriptions in order to get all the needed benefits for the platform. Well worth it!

Pros

As a project manager, what I like most about is how seamlessly it integrates into my daily workflow. Cons

Easy to use and set up. Out of the box templates and workflows are incredibly helpful. Easy to tailor to meet small or large needs.

Cons

Some relationships that come preset are a bit hard to undo to tailor to specialized needs. Sometimes an automation breaks when someone leaves the company.

Cons

\- caps on emails that can be sent out (only 500 at a time) - would love more native integrations with other tools. - no text features included - limited marketing functions

Over all it is a pretty solid CRM. Huge step up from our last CRM, especially with the ability to speak with someone and get help walking through an issue.

Pros

Sequencing/Mass email have been a huge help and the ability to have different views from other users has been very useful.

Cons

Easy to corrupt all files when not all are formatted the same. Had an issue where we lost all of our uploaded contacts and had to start over.

It's been great, I've tried a number of CRM's before landing on Monday, and have been very satisfied.

Pros

It is visually stimulating, easy to use and pretty good at personalizing. The work flow is great, and it's easy to share information between users.

Cons

I would like to be able to personalize more of it. Not all fields are able to be retitled or identified in a manner specific to my industry and needs.

has a ton of functionality, I specifically like that there are automations and integrations.

There are almost TOO many options when it comes to automations. Sometimes it's very overwhelming to try and navigate because everything is talking to each other.

Monday is an expensive tool, so certainly a premium product to Asana but has more functionality so worth the money.

Monday allowed us to input all useful data into one software. I am so grateful for it!

Pros

This software can be utilized in almost any facet imaginable. Want an interactive spreadsheet? Got it. Need to communicate with employees? Go ahead. Do you need the ability to upload and share vital documents, or maybe send sales or performance reports? Check! And it is self explanatory, no need for hours of toiling to get these things accomplished.

Cons

Monday was a game changer for me, it really brought us into the world if efficiency.

Pros

We'd been using Monday.com for mostly task management and as a tool to easily collaborate through and decided to add in the CRM because of how user friendly the platform is. I use the CRM quite heavily every day. It's great because you can customize the columns, easily search, and view a large group of data in one place.

Cons

The most difficult piece of this software was the Gmail integration. It's essential to our business that email conversations with guests be tracked so that anyone on the team can view the discussions. The team works remotely and in lots of different time zones, so it's helpful to be able to see these threads logged with the Gmail integration. However, we had months of inconsistencies and threads not logging. After spending nearly 7 months working with the customer service team and getting no where, we gave up. Unfortunately we can't count on this essential piece and unless they sort out the problems, it may be cause to look for other CRM software in the future as our business continues to grow. Another problem is the software will often freeze or not load. The only solution we've found is to wait till later to try again or sometimes opening a new browser will help. This has caused few major problems but a lot of headaches! The integration with MailChimp is currently pretty pointless for our needs. I wish they gave you other options for what you can do with that integration or let you customize the scenarios.

Overall i have had a good experience with monday, it helps me and my team stay organized and on the same page

Pros

It's very handy in the sense that we can have multiple tabs of dashboards that are all interconnected, it makes data entry and staying organized easy

Cons

Something I don't like as much is the email feature, it feels clunky to me and unintuitive, and there are times where I have to write my email in a different word processor and copy and paste it into monday because I can't get it to look the way I want right in the CRM software.

Pros

Fast project track and management, simple automations and versatile reminders, effective board and account wide search everything.

Cons

The formatting feature, sometimes is buggy, when you switch from one format type and the other. A minor one you can live with.

Great! Highly recommend to all! Great for just starting out and small teams to larger bigger operations.

Pros

Easy to use, really like all the features, automation, collaborating with team members and sequences. I really enjoy creating SOP's through Monday and can track KPI's of employees and where leads originated.

Cons

It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. There's a little learning curve if you've never used workflow process before but plenty of help online, through templates, and customer support.

I think it is easy to use and for what we need it for it is very functional. I can create my own veiw so I can see only my leads is very helpful.

Pros

I like that I can sort the leads and call them in the order that I want to. The fact that I can have a view just for me. I can also move my columns to fit my liking.

Cons

That when I switch status on a call the note that I have inserted go away. I wish they would stay with the new dispo.

Great so far! I think once I get into a rhythm with things it will be incredibly helpful and will make me far more efficient.

Pros

It organizes my contacts so neatly and makes partner management less overwhelming. It also helps me keep track of customer interactions that are not usually logged and are forgotten about. I like the idea that the person who comes into my role after me will be able to access the entire history of customer interactions and be caught up.

Cons

It does require more effort and meticulous logging, especially on the front end. Because it does not automatically "log itself"/ is not connected to my email I have to manually add any updates. This helps keep me organized but is a bit tedious.

The customer support is very negligible and they can give more attention to small startup business as well and during the trial period as well they can reach out to us and ask about the feedback but nothing has happend. and you need to learn all the operational work by yourself only by watching videos

Pros

AI email replies and Sale tracking and lead scoring features I Liked and they are doing continuous features addition.

Cons

The customer support is very weak and also there are many lags in the crm as well, it can be better in terms of UI and need in person demo to understand all these feature with any videos you will not get anything
