The overall experience using monday sales CRM within our business has been quite positive and no major issues were faced. Whenever we faced some minor difficulties, customer support was very helpful and all issues were resolved in a matter of few minutes.

Pros

The ease of use makes such a software a great acquisition for small businesses that wish to take their business to a new level. It is also an affordable software and helps businesses stay organised. Customer support is also very effective as they usually reply in a few minutes time.

Cons

The only small improvement that the software could have is to make the tracking of project goals an easier method. This would help to give a clear picture to the completion levels of different projects.

For our company we have a lot of sales orders which can be active for several years before completion. It is imperative for us to keep track of key development using monday.com. It is visual and easy to manage. We use it at as a tool to provide an overview that is not possible in our production system. We use several main boards describing different phases of an order providing a linear approach to our orders. Where the order/pulse is moved through these phases/boards we can keep track of new key development. The last phase is constructed as a database were we store all our pulses/orders which provides great traceability. monday.com is a highly versatile system letting you design/tailor your own approach to project management.

Pros

\- Visual approach - Two clicks away from the deepest level of the system - Versatility - Easy to tailor to own needs

Cons

\- limited possibility for automated processes - using filter to exclude content on the boards

Our operations team uses it for onboarding and project management, both one-off and recurring. It is beneficial for the depts to work seamlessly with one another on the platform.

Pros

Monday.com is easy to use and streamlines the management of projects and tasks within our organization. We use it on both the sales and operations and it allows for accountability and simple task management with deadlines, reminders, and updates.

Cons

Copying subitems from board to board is a bit tricky as they go out of order. A small con.

I keep track of 10-25 clients, jobs, or projects a month. I'm always getting confused about what's due when etc. This is so easy to use and schedule projects so I can tell at a glance what's due and what can wait, or be pushed back or up. Amazing.

Pros

I've been hating all the ads I've seen for Monday.com, but finally decided to see what the hype is all about. It's not hype. This software is the real deal - easy to set up, very intuitive, comes with more than 70 templates or you can create your own. Easy to follow, clients will love it, my collaborative teams will love it. Did the trial and am now buying the software. Kicking myself I didn't explore it before now.

Cons

Haven't found anything NOT to like! I may, in time, but for now, I just love it.

we here at Dawsons love the ability to be able to customise the boards so it caters to each individual team member whilst still allowing us to roll up to a high level to see performance.

the learning of how things are linked took slightly longer than expected. now we are using it, all fine and easy, however initially it took a while

My team and I are very happy with Monday and are deciding to implement its use for our sales team to help with managing leads. Its easy for all of us to use, even not so tech savvy people.

Pros

I love how easy this program is to use! The desktop & mobile app work great together and its almost a seamless transition between the two whether you are on the go or at the office. The tabs for the task are customizable and can be made to fit any need.

Cons

The free version has limited users so if you have a large group, you'll have to upgrade. The feature you can probably turn off but I haven't realized how to do it, is the notifications when changes are made to tasks themselves. It will say "hey your teammate changed this..."

We, as organization, have realized that it is an excellent tool to manage our work teams and workloads. It has allowed us to significantly improve communication and goal setting. This has led us to generate more leads and grow our organization

Pros

Monday help us to manage all the work and simplifies the workflow. It's amazing how you can manage all from just one dashboard and also create complex boards for tasks. I like how the team spend a little time figuring out how the system works and more time on the projects and challenges that comes with it.

Cons

You can take a lot of time uploading data, if the data is big. I guess they could make the creation of subtask more easier. Android app have some errors it need some improvement.

If you're looking for a way to track all of your projects, monday.com is it. It lets us know where we stand in each and every one of our projects, lets us know when the ball is in our court or our client's, and helps our team stay on top of their assigned tasks. We've used several different types of project management systems, and this is the first one that actually does what it's supposed to do. Everything we found - prior to monday.com- was designed to invoice people, take payments, email clients, launch marketing campaigns, etc. They were jack of all trades but masters of none. We were looking for a project management system that got down and to the point - manage the status of our projects. If you're looking for something similar to that, give monday.com a shot.

Pros

It helps our team visualize where we are with a simple chart.

Cons

None at this time.

Pros

Coming from Salesforce this is as big step in the right direction. East to learn, use and navigate.

Cons

Learning something new is always difficult, but with time patience and a few online tutorials its not that bad once you get the hang of it.

I just discovered Monday 2 years after I first tested it. It was a big wow!

Pros

Monday is such a versatile tool. The different views makes it perfect for anyone. You are not tied to a CRM because of the view only.

Cons

The learning curve could be high for some people but give yourself a day and you'll save 10 days! Awesome.
