Used the software for: ### "I'm A Raving Dapulse Fan!" April 4, 2017 5.0 So we've been using DaPulse for just over 2 months now. We have increased our effectiveness dramatically since this happened and I would definitely attribute a large part of that to the system! Previously we had workflows where multiple processes were being lost between our management team and one of our main clients due to emails being missed and not loaded. Now, we simply shot those automatically onto dapulse and there is a clear track-record and adaptable data which we can then manipulate as we need. We're also able to track weekly tasks as well as overall project progress all on the same platform. What a pleasure! Do yourself a favour...and give it a try! We needed something just like this to get us all on track. Pros The ease of how to navigate this software made teaching the rest of the staff super easy. Everyone was on board after one day. I enjoyed the incredible customer service and how easy it was to use the platform. It really functions well as a CRM and I loved how easily deadlines can be incorporated with Google calendar. The only reason we discontinued service was because my team simply wouldn't onboard with the system. They're so used to Google Docs. Pros Super easy to create projects and control them. Boards are easy to configure. Templates are a great starting point for all sorts of projects. It took me a while to find a great project management tool that lays out, in really easy-to-use format, all projects and tasks for the team. It's also easy for clients and new team members to pick up. I also like the search functionality - all I have to do is search each team member's name to see what tasks they've done and what they have to do. The visual setup is a big plus compared to your traditional "to-do list" style programs.
