We've been really pleased with . It's user-friendly and delivers all the essential features we expect from a CRM. Initially, we considered more specialized CRM options, but since we already use Monday across our organization, we gave Monday CRM a try, and it has fully met our needs!

Overall, I enjoy monday because of the ease of use, but also the general capabilities for a small business make it an efficient and. Way effective means to quickly set up my organization. Prior to setting up the CRM for our team, they were using spreadsheets and making lists to organize their clients and leads. In less than a week I was able to set up the system and implement a fully automated system for deal management.

Pros

The ease to set up and the workflow management of the CRM is very user friendly. It’s super easy to set up automations and any question I had I could do a quick Google search and an easy to follow tutorial was available.

Cons

Limitations with automations as well as being forced to buy capabilities through 3rd party integrations. Although mi day is very well pricing and we absolutely are getting the best value for our money, there are requirements to level up plan subscriptions in order to get all the needed benefits for the platform. Well worth it!

As a project manager, what I like most about is how seamlessly it integrates into my daily workflow. Cons

Beautiful and flawless. Zero lag. Zero issues. Everything that we believed it was, is. We will continue to use for the future.

Pros

The functionality of Monday for the low cost is an enormous benefit to our organization. We use the CRM for communication with clientele and have had zero issues or complaints about the product that we were sold on.

Cons

I wish there were more capability to enable cold outreach at scale. Combining the CRM with the beta Campaign tool and adding better outreach functionality would be awesome.

Cons

Some relationships that come preset are a bit hard to undo to tailor to specialized needs. Sometimes an automation breaks when someone leaves the company.

\- caps on emails that can be sent out (only 500 at a time) - would love more native integrations with other tools. - no text features included - limited marketing functions

Over all it is a pretty solid CRM. Huge step up from our last CRM, especially with the ability to speak with someone and get help walking through an issue.

Pros

Sequencing/Mass email have been a huge help and the ability to have different views from other users has been very useful.

Cons

Easy to corrupt all files when not all are formatted the same. Had an issue where we lost all of our uploaded contacts and had to start over.

has a ton of functionality, I specifically like that there are automations and integrations.

Cons

There are almost TOO many options when it comes to automations. Sometimes it's very overwhelming to try and navigate because everything is talking to each other.

The simple visual aspect and the ease of use as well as the automations. I am still yet to link up my email, however this will be a huge benefit

Cons

The cost - I can't purchase 1 seat as I am a solo operator. I want a simple to do list which i cant easily find.

Pros

We'd been using Monday.com for mostly task management and as a tool to easily collaborate through and decided to add in the CRM because of how user friendly the platform is. I use the CRM quite heavily every day. It's great because you can customize the columns, easily search, and view a large group of data in one place.

Cons

The most difficult piece of this software was the Gmail integration. It's essential to our business that email conversations with guests be tracked so that anyone on the team can view the discussions. The team works remotely and in lots of different time zones, so it's helpful to be able to see these threads logged with the Gmail integration. However, we had months of inconsistencies and threads not logging. After spending nearly 7 months working with the customer service team and getting no where, we gave up. Unfortunately we can't count on this essential piece and unless they sort out the problems, it may be cause to look for other CRM software in the future as our business continues to grow. Another problem is the software will often freeze or not load. The only solution we've found is to wait till later to try again or sometimes opening a new browser will help. This has caused few major problems but a lot of headaches! The integration with MailChimp is currently pretty pointless for our needs. I wish they gave you other options for what you can do with that integration or let you customize the scenarios.

10/10 would use again! Great software to manage both people and projects. I love that we can add tags and statuses for people.

Pros

Amazing customer support. The rep I spoke with was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and even sent a video recording to explain something to help me understand. 10/10!

Cons

I personally find the automations a little bit confusing. It's great Monday is customizable, but sometimes the ability to customize makes things confusing because I can only search general information.

So far, I am excited about and optimistic that it will help our business manage our lead and proposal workflows more effectively and transparently across different lines of the business.

Pros

So far, it seems like is very intuitive and user friendly. For example, for most functions there are multiple ways of accomplishing the same task, which makes it easy to find the option that works best for you. The user interface is sleek and attractive, and I find the platform easy to navigate. I'm excited about the automation that the platform offers and the ability to integrate with our existing Google Drive file structure.

Cons

I am having a slightly harder time figuring out how to do more specific tasking (e.g. managing a full proposal workflow). I'm sure that monday has this capability, but it is taking me a bit longer to navigate it as it is less intuitive. It is also costly to add additional users, which is a burden for a small business like mine.

My overall experience has been very smooth with the CRM. It is definitely a learning curve with all the features and what you have to do to begin your workflow with your team.

Pros

I really love the customization and Ui design. Our team used Monday.com to build our client relationships with other busineses. The email tracking was very usefu and gave us better input for our email campaigns. There were alot of integrations as well that allowed us to create better workflows, for example slack.

Cons

It's definitely a fast learning curve, however once you've figured it out. it's uphill.

Overall, the problems I solved are the organizing and tracking. I realized the benefit of lead management and storing contacts. I like how this software makes my complex task easier.

Pros

The most impactful features are the lead management, lead capturing and customer onboarding. It is so easy to use based on my own experience. When I integrated it to my business, it runs smoothly.

Cons

I like all the features but what I like least is the forms. I think it needs a little bit more options. In my case, I sometimes use it but sometimes I don't. I just prefer printed forms and personal transactions. I'm learning to utilize it though and so far, I'm liking it.
