monday CRM has made a noticeable impact on how we manage leads and track progress. It’s visual, collaborative, and easy to adapt across departments. Communication has improved, and it’s much easier to see what’s happening at a glance. The platform keeps getting better with regular updates.

Pros

The interface is clean and easy to use. Setting up custom boards and workflows took very little time. It’s flexible enough to fit different team needs without feeling overwhelming. Automations are a huge plus. They cut down on repetitive work and keep tasks moving without manual follow-ups. The integration options with tools like Gmail and Google Calendar make daily workflows smoother.

Cons

Reporting is fairly basic unless you upgrade. We had to build workarounds for some of the more detailed insights we needed. Some of the most useful features, like advanced automations and dashboards, are locked behind higher-tier plans. It’s something to keep in mind if you're scaling.

Overall, I enjoy this CRM. I am working on getting it functional so that my entire team can access the jobs and view the necessary files.

Pros

Monday CRM has a ton of functionality, I specifically like that there are automations and integrations.

Cons

There are almost TOO many options when it comes to automations. Sometimes it's very overwhelming to try and navigate because everything is talking to each other.

It's been great, I've tried a number of CRM's before landing on Monday, and have been very satisfied.

Pros

It is visually stimulating, easy to use and pretty good at personalizing. The work flow is great, and it's easy to share information between users.

Cons

I would like to be able to personalize more of it. Not all fields are able to be retitled or identified in a manner specific to my industry and needs.

Pros

Monday was a really complete system that had everything I needed for my business. It was easy to set up.

Cons

It is relatively expensive for what it offered and the expense was too great for my business at the time.

### "Small company, complex deals, Monday is ticking the boxes"

We've tried and failed with a few CRMs over the years but Monday has stuck which is amazing. Linking that to works management has been a massive plus for us, keeping track of deals within the ops team has been a pain. For a small company this has been the ticket for us!

Pros

For sure the best part is how quickly we got it up and running, with no consultants or long setup. The interface is clean and intuitive, so the team actually uses it every day (have lots of non techy people so this helps). Its linking directly with monday work management, which lets us move deals into delivery without switching tools, so sales and ops are a lot more in sync than we used to have. Email tracking is a big win, that's helped keep sales team honest and improved visibility a lot. We're yet to try the email marketing but a quick test showed it looks v simple.

Cons

Reporting is good, especially ease of setting up widgets but not as deep as the big CRMs, and permissions could be more granular on complex boards (plus it's weirdly hard to remove people from certain products I find). We also needed a little trial and error to fine-tune automations. The pricing strategy is annoying, we have to limit which 5 people have access or risk nearly doubling our cost (that's why I've given 4 stars)

Overall, I am very pleased with Monday CRM. I find that is is easy to use and visually pleasing. I will continue to use Monday for a variety of personal and professional tasks.

Pros

Monday.com is the second CRM platform that I have used and I will never look back. The automations are extremely user friendly and intuitive. I work in sales and the mass email option for our contact list has been a game changer for building relationships. I had an automation connected to MailChimp and the customer support team was very helpful when the automation was not flowing properly. The plug ins make lead and workflow management very management, especially since I am still new to my role. 10/10 recommend Monday.com!

Cons

Some plug ins are difficult to integrate with Monday.com. It took almost three hours on the phone with customer support for me to get the MailChimp automation to work.

I am so happy to have access to CRM. It allows me to efficiently complete my daily tasks without having to manually add things into the system, individually email my clients, etc.

Pros

Allows me to send mass emails, which in turn saves me a lot of time. In addition, I can see who opened my emails- which was always an issue when I didn't have CRM. CRM allows us to merge duplicate data that may have been put in by different team members. Before CRM, we had duplicates and manually had to merge them.

Cons

I believe that the only con is the cost. If the cost were to be lower, it would have been even better!

Pros

It’s easy to use once you get the hang of it, and I like how everything is in one place. The layout is clear, and I can set it up the way I want.

Cons

Some of the features that seem the most useful are only available if you pay for the higher plans, which can get expensive if you’re just starting out or have a small team

Pros

Monday makes project management and collaboration a breeze. So easy to work in a remote environment and inform other teams of progress.

Cons

Monday is an expensive tool, so certainly a premium product to Asana but has more functionality so worth the money.

Pros

We'd been using Monday.com for mostly task management and as a tool to easily collaborate through and decided to add in the CRM because of how user friendly the platform is. I use the CRM quite heavily every day. It's great because you can customize the columns, easily search, and view a large group of data in one place.

Cons

The most difficult piece of this software was the Gmail integration. It's essential to our business that email conversations with guests be tracked so that anyone on the team can view the discussions. The team works remotely and in lots of different time zones, so it's helpful to be able to see these threads logged with the Gmail integration. However, we had months of inconsistencies and threads not logging. After spending nearly 7 months working with the customer service team and getting no where, we gave up. Unfortunately we can't count on this essential piece and unless they sort out the problems, it may be cause to look for other CRM software in the future as our business continues to grow. Another problem is the software will often freeze or not load. The only solution we've found is to wait till later to try again or sometimes opening a new browser will help. This has caused few major problems but a lot of headaches! The integration with MailChimp is currently pretty pointless for our needs. I wish they gave you other options for what you can do with that integration or let you customize the scenarios.

Great! Highly recommend to all! Great for just starting out and small teams to larger bigger operations.

Pros

Easy to use, really like all the features, automation, collaborating with team members and sequences. I really enjoy creating SOP's through Monday and can track KPI's of employees and where leads originated.

Cons

It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. There's a little learning curve if you've never used workflow process before but plenty of help online, through templates, and customer support.

I think it is easy to use and for what we need it for it is very functional. I can create my own veiw so I can see only my leads is very helpful.

Pros

I like that I can sort the leads and call them in the order that I want to. The fact that I can have a view just for me. I can also move my columns to fit my liking.

Cons

That when I switch status on a call the note that I have inserted go away. I wish they would stay with the new dispo.

Great so far! I think once I get into a rhythm with things it will be incredibly helpful and will make me far more efficient.

Pros

It organizes my contacts so neatly and makes partner management less overwhelming. It also helps me keep track of customer interactions that are not usually logged and are forgotten about. I like the idea that the person who comes into my role after me will be able to access the entire history of customer interactions and be caught up.

Cons

It does require more effort and meticulous logging, especially on the front end. Because it does not automatically "log itself"/ is not connected to my email I have to manually add any updates. This helps keep me organized but is a bit tedious.

Pros

The most impactful features are the lead management, lead capturing and customer onboarding. It is so easy to use based on my own experience. When I integrated it to my business, it runs smoothly.

Cons

I like all the features but what I like least is the forms. I think it needs a little bit more options. In my case, I sometimes use it but sometimes I don't. I just prefer printed forms and personal transactions. I'm learning to utilize it though and so far, I'm liking it.

Easy to use, easy to manage, easy to implement. The Monday.com portal software has improved our communications with our customers and is extremely intuitive. Helps team members quickly analyze the tasks they need to work on, workflows are based on collaboration needs across departments. It is a useful CRM tool, I find it very useful due to its ease of use, pipeline management, marketing campaign management.

Pros

This software is very affordable and really helps with small business management. I work at a marketing agency, and since we implemented Monday.com as our communication device for customer-facing, project management, and when working on other teams, we've seen a huge reduction in confusion, fewer missed emails, and more satisfaction with customers. Monday.com is a useful CRM tool, I find it very useful due to its ease of use, pipeline management, marketing campaign management. -Optimize my daily and weekly team meetings -Track the completion of the project in real time. -Collaboration and project management with people outside my company.

Cons

I love the web version, but I have problems with the Android application, it is super slow, it does not finish loading the information and when it loads, it uses a lot of data. Simply put, the smartphone app is not working.

Monday.com is my love language. It is soothing to my brain to create boards and processes in the system that I know are going to improve efficiency, communication, and customer experience.

Pros

Monday is how my brain operates. It allows me to create processes, improve the efficiency of workflows, improve communication, and simplify what needs to be simplified in order for our small team to make a big impact. I love being able to integrate email and automate the steps that would otherwise be needlessly time consuming.

Cons

On large boards, we begin seeing glitches, like time tracking not immediately working properly. This is generally fixable by archiving items and reducing board content, but it's one of the areas that seems a bit bogged down when we have a lot going on. This is not enough to sway me away from monday. It's definitely outweighed by the Pros.

Reason for choosing monday CRM

Monday seemed more intuitive to me than Clickup and seemed to have a greater range of integrations and functionality.
