We had a "move it challenge" where we tracked our daily steps and the one with the highest amount of steps each week got a gift voucher. Cons The only thing I can think of are that sometimes the app would close right after opening it or whilst loading the data from my google fit/apple health apps. It gives a healthy challenge to people to push little extra after tracking their progress with there colleagues. It gave me motivation to complete at least 10k steps during our organisations event and I was able to achieve it too. The tracking is on the point and also its easy to use. Cons I think there can be lots of feature can be added on the group chats. Like reacting to the peoples msg via gif. Also the picture quality within the grp chats is not clear.
