While we understand that our system is not best suited for unit (One-piece) manufacturing we still provide some tools to better visualize and track it. First 5% came really easy, employees understood their actual results, also they were able to compare themselves. Rest result came up by working with Horas OEE users and implementing proposals. Reports opened everyone eyes, we don't have any argues that it is not possible to achieve better results. Also production OEE showed us differences between factories, therefore appeared future equipment change plans. We now actually how fast investment will be paid back due to increased productivity. Cons Hard to say, because we use only part or basic reports. Rest of reports were created with the help of Power BI, was done do to our specific. Reasons for choosing Horas OEE I choose it due to recommendation from other group company that was using Horas for a while. Statistics on the time and amount of failures allow for faster elimination of problems and planning for their prevention. By analyzing the OEE indicators, production plans can be optimally prepared.The ability to change many settings on the part of the user allows you to adapt the program to your needs faster and more precisely. Cons Editing individual shift times in the calendar would be desirable. Graphical statistical analysis is not very convenient and informative.
