Impiegato Defense & Space ### "Facilities E Building Managment" 4.0 Overall Rating 4.0 4.0 Ease of Use 4.0 4.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 9/10 July 17, 2024 Infocad l'utilizzo per lavoro da 13 anni ormai , e trovo il software completo e sopratutto semplice da utilizzare sopratutto perche' essendo personalizzabile , facilmente si riesce a cucire addosso e permette di monitorare tenendo sotto controllo l intero processo di manutenzione , i patrimoni i magazzini e tutti i contratti in essere , ed il modulo che secondo me e' davvero una punta di diamante e' il documentale che ti permette di registrare qualunqie documentazione relativa alla manutenzione agli immobili gestendo anche la scadenza delle varie certificazioni e documenti. Consiglio vivamente questo sistema che puo essere anche interfacciato con software che si occupano prettamente di Building Automation rendendo l esperienza d uso del software piu completa ed avanzata. Pros La gestione del patrimonio e degli assets, ed i vari moduli che ti permettono dal controllo della manutenzione alla gestione degli spazi, alla gestione dei magazzini con carico e scarico la gestione dell energy saving, la portabilita , e sopratutto essendo una web application basta una licenza attiva ed una connessione ad internet per gestire il tutto anche da tablet, e sopratutto c'e' un modulo di reportistica che consente di supervisionare tutto cio che accade seguendo l andamento della manutenzione con appositi report.. Cons La costruzione dei report non e' user friendly ma l'azienda e' sempre a disposizione per supportare i customers. Il Work Flow dei ticket su chiamata è personalizzabile e si possono gestire le notifiche mail ai vari Ruoli associati agli utenti con flessibilità.
