Before Eleven we were all just manually processing invoices with spreadsheets and email approvals. This led to delays, missed entries and difficulty in tracking the status of payments across departments. At times, finance and operations teams had different versions of the same records which created reporting issues. When we started Eleven it all was centralized. All invoice data is now in one system and teams can easily check payment status in real time. We have significantly reduced manual reporting and improved the accuracy of monthly financial reports.A real-world example would be during quarterly reporting. Previously, preparing pending invoice reports would take almost a whole day as data had to be fetched from different files. The report can be generated in minutes with Eleven and helped our management team to make financial decisions faster. In Overall , Eleven has been a good and practical solution for our company. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of an enterprise-grade platform but it is a very good invoice and reporting platform for medium-sized businesses that want something easy to run and that saves a lot of time operationally.

Pros

The best thing about Eleven is the ease of use compared to many other invoicing systems. The interface is straightforward and clean so new employees can learn it easily with minimal training. My favorite feature would be the reporting section because it helps me create summaries and export the data without having to spend extra time cleaning the spreadsheets manually and The invoice management process is also very smooth. Create invoices, monitor pending payments and also monitor customer payment history all in one place. This was previously managed by our team using excel sheets and emails which resulted in confusion and duplicate records. When we moved over to Eleven, it got a lot more organized. Another thing I like is the automation. We used automated reminders for open invoices, which helped us reduce late payments from clients. This led to improved tracking of monthly cash flow and reduced manual follow-up for the finance team. The search and filter options are also useful when working with a large number of invoices. From a data analysis perspective it is very convenient to export reports. Exported data is commonly utilized for trend analysis, monthly forecasting, and internal management dashboards. It saves a lot of time because the data structure is already in place properly.

Cons

The software is generally good, but there are a few things that could be better. The reporting dashboard is good for basic use, but advanced customization is limited. Sometimes I want finer filters or flexible visual reports to get deeper insights. The platform can also be a little sluggish when working with older records or large data sets. It's not a big deal but it does become noticeable when you are doing month end reporting when you have a lot of users logged in at the same time.Another minor issue is that the initial setup took longer than expected. Migration of old invoice data and workflow configuration required support from their team. Also, the documentation didn’t explain some of the advanced features very well so there was some trial and error in the onboarding.

My favorite part of Eleven is how easy it makes staying on top of finances. Everything’s simple, organized, and accessible anytime, so I spend less time stressing and more time running my business.

It handles more than basic accounting yet the deployment cost is manageable hence no problem with it.

\- Eleven assisted us in analyzing consumer behavior, industry trends, and the actions of our rivals, which improved our understanding and allowed us to develop more effective marketing strategies. - Because of the customized campaigns we send to our clients, we saw an increase in engagement and higher-quality prospects. - We can integrate the platform with other solutions to optimize our operations. Eleven helped us automate our email campaigns, social media management, and content scheduling. Time can now be better spent on more strategic tasks.

Cons

The majority of the work met our expectations, however we think they might provide more specialized advice for various social media sites such Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn depending on the target market for construction companies.

Most of our team works remotely. We had hard time using desktop systems. With Eleven, Our team can collaborate remotely, I can be able to monitor our accounting data, generate, send/share reports digitally. Our partners and stakeholders are happy to get electronic statements and not paper work.

Pros

I like how eleven provides high security to data making it our top choice cloud-based for accounting needs. It's flexible and has high performance and can easily be integrated by other existing software's like POS and others. I also love the great support team at Eleven, they sort issues on time.

Cons

Eleven is a great software, we have not experienced challenges while working with it. The minor challenges have always been sorted by the support team at Eleven.

Outstanding accounting software with tailored billing and invoicing features as per accounting firms needs. The software operates with real time billing and managing the accounting process with complete transparency and accountability at every step. We have never faced any problem with regard to accuracy aspect and its amazing from all aspects. Our accounting system is streamlined after introducing Eleven and real time reporting and advisory processes have been boosted to great extent.

Pros

Eleven is one of the most talked about and widely used accounting software which is mostly famous for its easy to understand and navigate user interface. Accounting firms highly rely on Eleven as it is most trusted and highly scalable software as per business account needs. It is powered by AI and ML automation and operates on high performance efficiency with fast speed billing and invoicing for businesses.

Cons

Certainly, we face customization constraints as majority of the billing formats are quite complex and difficult to put in Eleven. There is huge scope of the mobile version of the software as per our business needs which can be manage and operated anywhere, anytime. Currently, it lacks the same and can be prioritized for development.
