En general es buena, siempre se puede mejorar, pero de momento vamos muy bien, los usuarios toman de buena manera el software y casi no tenemos quejas.

Pros

El soporte postventa, es muy oportuna. Todos los usuarios responden amablemente y normalmente es rapida la respuesta.

Cons

la plataforma de tickets, creo que se podria mejorar, e integrarla dentro del software. Por este medio es un poco mas demorado y en ocasiones hay opciones que no aplican y si confunden al usuario al momento de solicita un soporte.

EL CHATBOX, creo q falta mejorarlo para consultas de la documentación de la herramienta. a veces se pregunta por una palabra y se sale del contexto documental
