The program is easy to navigate and the support is very helpful in giving me information I need to be able to do my job.

Pros

Simplicity and support response. I've only had one major issue with the application. Support identified it quickly and helped me through the process every step of the way.

Cons

There is nothing at this time that I do not like about NuVizz. It is a great program to help keep everything organized and for quick access.

Pros

Truly modern software that has many capabilities that other providers do not have. The implementation team is awesome and implemented in matter of few days.

i would describe our overall experience as great, Nuvizz helped us get a better understanding of dispatching, managing costs and getting the most out of our deliveries to take care of our customers

Pros

Ease of use, routing drivers. It has definitely made a difference in our efficiency in routing our drivers .

Integration with our DMS sometimes is an issue but not very often

We were able to completely digitize our delivery operations. No more paper copies of BOLs and trip lists. nuVizz enabled us to run a smooth operation from planning, driver delivery all the way to customer billing.

Pros

I would say that nuVizz is delivery technology world's best kept secret. Its amazing how it checked every box when it comes to capabilities for running our transportation experience. I would say the pros are - High performance - Flexible configuration to support different routing/delivery planning & execution requirements - No Long Term Contract...I repeat NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS!!! They have a 90 day cancellation policy and we felt that we were given enough time to try out the platform to our satisfaction - 24/7 Support - Monthly releases with new business features

Cons

Nothing major. Sometime our non performing drivers would complain about having to follow the delivery processes within the app. As a business operator that is what I am looking to enforce to provide customers with a consistent delivery experience.
