Der Support ist zügig und es sind dafür keine Sonderkosten wie bei anderen Marktbegleitern zu entrichten. Eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass man im Falle eines nicht funktionierenden Produkte, welches man bezahlt, einen Support ohne Zusatzkosten bekommt. Hier bekommt man diesen ohne lange Wartezeit.

Pros

Schlank aufgebaut, recht schnell auch an Schnittstellen und vor allem die sehr große Anzahl vorhandener Schnittstellen. Der Formulareditor ist nichts für Weicheier, da sollte schon ein wenig HTML und Frustrations-Toleranz vorhanden sein. Wenn man den aber einmal im Griff und verstanden hat, denn sind die Möglichkeiten sehr gut und vor allem hoch flexibel. Auch ist das Listing auf ebay sehr gut gelöst, inklusive eigener Templates mit Platzhaltern. Leidgeprüft von anderen Systemen, die eben das nicht sonderlich gut im Griff hatte, war dies eine angenehme Überraschung.

Cons

Eine richtige Kundenverwaltung wäre noch ein Traum: zwar kennt BL bei Anlage eines neuen Auftrages eine Suche nach Kunden - die auch über Benutzerkennung oder Email Adresse realisiert werden kann; es kommt also kein Kunde abhanden, der einmal bekannt war. Allerdings wäre eine echet Kundenverwaltung im Sinne von Preisstaffeln, Kommentare, Kundennummer, aber auch Blacklistings - sinnvoll. Zwar können CRM Systeme angebunden werden, aber wie fragmentiert möchte man dies nun haben ? Ein wenig mehr Dokumentation könnte nicht schaden, insbesondere für den Formular Editor ;-)

Pros

Pretty solid throughout the years to get Polish platforms worked out in terms of catalogue and overall management.

Cons

Only issue we have is the tracking not coming from our shipping software through to baselinker. So polish orders do have to get their tracking numbers confirmed manually for now. It's a minor problem considering how easy friendly and inexpensive this solution for such non-mainstream market.

It is absolutely great for integrating with marketplaces, especially for syncing orders.

Pros

It's really cheap and has loads of marketplaces to integrate with. Probably one of the best features is their customer support system, it's so easy to raise and track tickets. And they respond really quickly.

Cons

When it comes to offer synchronization it's not great if you manage offers outside of Baselinker like we do (we use Shopify for that). Syncing offers is a manual and inconvenient task. Also, product export features are too difficult to use for a beginner. I didn't find the prebuilt reports for download to be very useful either.

Pros

NOTHING good with the help of baselinker, only nerves, stress and lost money

Cons

I have had problems for 1 year with the listing of 500 products and even now, after all this time, the problem of listing 500 products imported from emag in baseliker and associated afterwards for the synchronization of prices and stocks could not be solved. I have to change something every day to the products in baselinker to make the listing and even after the multiple interventions of several operators from the baselinker team, this has not been successful until now after several reimports and changes to the products sent one after the other and which they said were not even resolved 50% of them are not synchronized. For this reason, I gave up on a project with 80,000 products, even though I paid between 100 and 150 euros per month, just because I had the products in baselinker at their suggestion, even though there were only 10 listed in the marketplaces 20 products, I was paying 150 euros monthly. What kind of integrator are you if you are not able to list in a year 500 products that have been imported into baselinker? If you are not able to return my money backAnd I wrote to you I don't know how many times that I want to talk to someone from your management to explain these problems to them, why can't I talk to someone there?Maybe tomorrow when I file a complaint with the opc that I paid and even after 1 year I still haven't solved these problems even though I'm up to date with the payment, maybe something will be solved

Pros

I like that this product have many integrations, with all platforms you need, like amazon, emag, WooCommerce, and you can add more accounts from same platforms thats amazing, like 3 WooCommerce account or emag accounts from same country and sync it.

Cons

It miss a batter integration for importing the variation from WooCommerce, and I will like to be contacted by a manager to help me, I want someone insistent to help me to learn the platform, that is missing.

For sure I like the big number of possible connection with marketplace, shipping carriers etc...

Cons

Here can be a very good help if BaseLinker team develop batter variation connection with wordpress woocommerce, I feel hard to import my product, because I work just with product variable, and I have different photos and gallery for each variation.

If you sell on your own e-shop, marketplaces like Allegro, Amazon, Shopee you have to use it! When you start use it, you'll regret that you started using it so late :-)

Pros

Easy to use, implement, integrate with e-shop, marketplaces. The main tool to manage orders from different sources. It can replace accounting system, warehouse manage system, shipping system from different couriers etc. A lot of automatisation actions that helps fasten your everyday work.

Cons

Lack of marketplaces communication integrations like Amazon messages, Shopee chat, Allegro discussions and messages.

Reasons for choosing Base

There is no such comprehensive and cheap competition :-)
