They are responsive to feedback and user experience is top priority. They are really making it easier to sign a document and feel comfortable doing so. Pros Roger is a more scalable solution that cut our time from open to signature down from days and weeks to minutes. Set-it up and send, send, send. It walks the user through the agreement step-by-step in simple english; adding context to the legal areas that they are signing. Cons Our Enterprise sales contracts are more complicated then our other agreements, nearly every conditional option on our agreement is configured for each customer. We haven't migrated these forms yet, but expect to. I recently asked the team to help set up some integration into other tools I use, and they were able to facilitate my needs without any issues. I highly recommend using the team at Roger. Pros Ease of use. Clean interface. Fast turnaround of signatures. Clients love the tool. Cons I can't think of any downside to using this tool. It has been great for my needs. Reason for choosing Roger Ease of use for clients. Pros Roger is awesome. Roger simplifies the entire agreement signing process for both me and my clients. Roger's templates let me update and send my agreements in seconds, saving me time but also ensuring that every field in my contract is updated and correct. No more having to use CTRL+F to update "field 5" on "page 10." Roger's signing experience is also better and faster, especially on the phone. This makes it super easy for my clients to sign and lets my clients know that I want to make their life easy and stress-free. Chasing people for signatures sucks - Roger makes all of it fast and easy. Cons They're working on new features. My clients are happier signing contracts using Roger, which means I get more contracts signed faster. I like the look and feel or Roger, it just reflects my company's brand much more well, because it shows that I care about my client's experience. Pros It's intuitive, simple and makes it very easy for my clients to sign contracts on their mobile phone. The experience looks and feels very clean and modern vs. DocuSign which reminds me a lot of the vibe from Microsoft. Roger reflects well on my company's brand. Cons They need to add sequential signing feature. Reason for choosing Roger I like the look and feel of the brand and the signing experience. Customer service is excellent, I send them a question, get responses in minutes. The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], was super friendly, and super excited to meet with me. I just wanted to have a beer with the guy. Then I saw the product in action... the rest is history. Pros Getting signatures and closing deals has never been faster than this with Roger. It is optimized to work as a sign from your phone platform and my team loves the "dummy proof" approach the UX has. Cons Wish we could delete un signed or un used docs from our dashboard. Recipients are able to view and sign on mobile which is resulting in faster responses. Cons I haven't encountered any pain points in using Roger. CEO Aviation & Aerospace Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Roger makes it easy for us to get letters of intent from potential customers" February 17, 2022 5.0 Pros Roger makes it so easy to tailor a letter of intent to a customer that we now do it on call sharing screen with the customer, and we send them the link to sign before the end of the call. Now, we're more likely to get a signed letter of intent, because our customers are familiar with the letter when we send it and Roger makes it easy for them to sign. Cons We have to build the template agreement and select flexible field with a Roger support person beforehand. Apparently this is because Roger is acting in a legal position and can't let us make our own legal documents. However, Roger does a really good job keeping communication lines open and quickly making requested template changes. I am very happy we decided to use this software. Pros I found this software to be very easy to use. I am able to send out contracts much faster, and our recipients are able to submit their responses much faster. The pricing to use this software was extremely reasonable. It is also very easy to track whether or not the contracts have been signed. Cons I would like to be able to edit the actual templates themselves. Cons I had to convert my existing Google Docs for my new hire paperwork into Roger templates, but their customer support took care of most of it for me (great support team!) Review Source EO Elina O.
