Le logiciel est facile d'utilisation et reconnu par la communaute universitaire. J'ai aussi beaucoup apprecie le fait que je puisse faire le lien avec notre propre plateforme interne de recrutement (SAP Success Factors) en ajoutant un lien de postulation externe.

Cons

Publier les offres pendant 2 mois plutot qu'un mois. Faire des matchings entre les stagiaires candidats et les offres de stages ouvertes dans les organisations. Proposer ces matchins aux recruteurs.

Nous utilisons JObTeaser quotidiennement chez Mazars pour lier nos offres SmartRecruiters à la plateforme. L'expérience utilisateur est appréciable mais des améliorations en termes de suivi de candidatures restent à faire

Pros

JobTeaser est très bien référencé dans beaucoup d'écoles de commerce, d'ingénieur et d'université. La plateforme nous offre une belle visibilité auprès de cette population.

Cons

La fonctionnalité CVthèque est moins pratique qu'avant. La page de publication d'offre pourrait être davantage intuitive.

Jobteaser adresse une population de jeunes diplômés très large, sur l'ensemble des écoles. Pour cibler cette population c'est un acteur important.

Pros

La mise en ligne des offres est simple d'utilisation - possibilité de diriger les candidatures vers son propre ats. Le compteur de vues et clics permet un suivi précis. L'option Flash permet une visibilité plus importante de l'offre,

Cons

Obligation de passer les offres une par une en brouillon et ensuite de les republier une par une afin qu'elles remontent dans la liste de diffusion.

Cette plateforme nous permet d'augmenter la visibilité auprès des étudiants qui ne connaissent pas l'entreprise.

Pros

Jobteaser nous permet de rapidement diffuser nos offres publiées sur notre site carrière. Le gain de temps est considérable. J'apprécie également la possibilité de fournir de l'actualité régulièrement autour de mon entreprise, cela permet de garder un lien avec les candidats. Globalement c'est une plateforme intuitive, simple d'utilisation qui permet de travailler sur notre marque employeur et nos besoins en recrutement.

Cons

Améliorer l'utilisation de l'outil pour cibler davantage certaines écoles.
