I have dealt with the CEO, Sales Executives, Product support and all of it has far surpassed other interactions I have had with other vendors. Pros The ease of creating custom assessments, also the ability to align them to controls sets that customers are looking for. We use the tool in our process as a validation tool for evidence collection on a custom set of controls. Alyne far exceeds any other tool we have looked at. Cons To this point we only had one issue and that is with some of the standard mappings, but Alyne has addressed those.
