Alyne is a well-designed solution for all requirements in the area of governance, risk, and compliance. It demonstrates that years of practical experience have gone into the product.

Pros

The simple way to conduct digital assessments. Plus, well-designed options for effective information security risk management.

Cons

The high workload of Mitratech employees meant that support was not provided as quickly as we would have liked.

Dealing with the organization as a whole has been outstanding. I have dealt with the CEO, Sales Executives, Product support and all of it has far surpassed other interactions I have had with other vendors.

Pros

The ease of creating custom assessments, also the ability to align them to controls sets that customers are looking for. We use the tool in our process as a validation tool for evidence collection on a custom set of controls. Alyne far exceeds any other tool we have looked at.

Cons

To this point we only had one issue and that is with some of the standard mappings, but Alyne has addressed those.
