### "Recover chargeback losses with Justt"

Overall, it's a great tool with affordable pricing which both reduces your manual workload while also bringing great results and helping you save lost revenue.

Pros

From the start, we really liked the ease of setup with Justt. We were able to integrate most of our PSPs in a quick manner, with Justt's instructions leading us on the process. Once we were live, we started noticing how our manual workload was diminished due to Justt automatically handling our disputes and providing evidence where needed. The dashboard is not over-complicated and easy to use, providing key insights on our chargeback stats.

Cons

The reporting could be slightly improved as we're missing some data points which would really help us understand our disputes better.

### "Justt had helped my companny."

Pros

I like the dashboard ux and the fact that we only pay when the chargeback is won. Justt has helped my business improve the evidence provided to each payment gateway, giving us more chances to win chargebacks and not only that, but also helped our overall business perception since gateways don't usually take as a good merchant one that has many chargebacks.

Cons

I don't like that some communications with the internal team take long to be answered, and at the end of the day I don't even get a clear answer on some topics. The timezone is a big deal in some occasions.

### "Most innovative chargeback handling tool as a service"

It was really great. The service and pricing appealed to us from the very beginning. The team was great in getting us set up, and resolving chargebacks currently works quite well.

Pros

I like how transparent and targeted the pricing is. Easy to understand and evaluate Integration was quite easy and fast Customer support is quick and responsive

Cons

There are no real Cons, but I would like them to also become and serve as chargeback experts as a service: offering how to improve product and transaction processing to prevent chargebacks, suggesting possible monitoring strategies based on the data, etc. Suggestions: Also, the timeline for chargeback resolution could be much better and include more descriptive and apparent timelines. Ability to upload additional documents as supporting documents in the dashboard would help.
