Statistische Daten bei langen Produktlaufzeiten sind sehr hilfreich und nützlich. Vergleich zwischen möglichen Planungs- und statistischen Daten hilft uns oft, die beste Mengengröße zu definieren.

Cons

Um es individuell in der zyklischen Planung nutzen zu können, sind kundenspezifische Anpassungen notwendig, welche bei uns noch in Umsetzung sind - hoffe diese schon bald im Planungseinsatz nutzen zu können.

Die bei den Cons erwähnten Anpassungen lassen sich leider nicht umgehen, wenn man die Lösung auf die Bedürfnisse des Kunden hin maßschneidert. "One size fits all" passt erfahrungsgemäß nur selten wirklich gut - und wir haben es für unsere Kunden lieber passgenau :-)

es sollte eine Möglichkeit geben den Meldebestand vorab bei ausgewählten Mat.Nr. um einen Faktor X zu erhöhen wenn absehbar ist, dass es bei den vorhandenen Lieferzeiten Probleme geben wird (siehe Auswirkungen Ukraine-Krieg und Corona)

Wir konnten mit dem System, als auch mit den Kollegen schon viele kleine und größere Projekte realisieren. Das Wissen, welches die Kollegen von Diskover Seite mit rein bringen ist extrem wertvoll für uns. Es wird nicht "nur" umgesetzt, es wird auch hinterfragt. Es macht Spaß mit den Kollegen von Diskover zu arbeiten.

Pros

\- Prognosefaktor- Regelwerke- Berichtsfunktion- Materialplanung- Prognoseberechnung- Parameterberechnung

Cons

\- es wäre toll, wenn man einen Bericht mit mehreren Reitern erstellen könnte. Je Bericht wird eine Excel Datei versandt. Es ist nur möglich einen Reiter zu versenden. Wäre z.B. hilfreich für verschiedene Auswertungen für den gleichen Verteilerkreis, der zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt über mehrere Berichte informiert werden soll. Bisher müsste also je Auswertung ein Bericht ( = jeweils eine Mail) erstellt werden- es wäre klasse, wenn man für mehrere Artikel überprüfen könnte, welches Regelwerk bei einem bestimmten Feld gezogen wird. Z.B. "Überprüfung 'Lagerhaltig = ja/nein'". Ist auf Artikelebene per Doppelklick und "Regelwerksüberprüfung" möglich. Es wäre klasse, wenn man in der Prognosesicht auf alle angezeigten Materialien (je nach Filter) die Regelwerksüberprüfung durchführen könnte. Bisher kopiere ich den Filter pro Regelwerk in die Prognosesicht um gegenzuprüfen welche Artikel durch das Regelwerk fließen. Oder ich kontrolliere dies über den Job "Regelwerksanwendung".- ein Ticketsystem wäre optimal. Cluster (Navigation/Neues Add-on/Beratungsbedarf, etc.)

Grafische Unterstützung der Disposition / Planung im TagesgeschäftRegelbasierte Automatisierung, die Planung hat eine um ein vielfaches größeren Werkzeugkasten als mit den gängigen ERP Systemen (und das ohne auf eine IT Abteilung angewiesen zu sein)Die Informationsmöglichkeiten des Berichtswesens sind enorm und auch für nicht Diskover User sehr leicht zugänglich zu machen (automatisierter Export / Emailversand)

Hallo Herr G., vielen Dank für die prägnate Darstellung der Vor- und Nachteile unserer Lösung DISKOVER! Der zeitliche Versatz im nächtlichen Synchonisationslauf ist von vielen Faktoren abhängig (Hardware, ERP-System, Datenmenge,...) und leider können wir bzw. unsere Schnittstelle nicht alle beeinflussen.
