So far the thing we enjoy most is how when we do come across an issue we can reply on the rocketmailer team to assist. Cons The platform it self has a few glitches that we are struggling to get around without having to contact the rocketmailer team. It's easy to understand reports on the performance of each mail sent out.There are so many things you can do on Rocketmailer which I haven't tried yet, but I will be making use of more of these features in the future.What I like most about Rocketmailer is the customer service, \[sensitive content hidden\] is always prepared to help even if she needs to help with the same thing more than once, her service is quick and friendly.
