Grundsätzlich habe ich gern mit Klicktipp gearbeitet, bin aber aus Kostengründen auf ein anderes Toll umgestiegen, welches ebenfalls meine Bedürfnisse vollends erfüllt, ein schöneres E-Mail-Design liefert und deutlich günstiger ist.

Pros

Deutsches Backend, gut strukturiert, hohe Zustellquote

Cons

Preis relativ hoch, wenn man eher geringe Listen führt

Eine sehr umfangreiche, klasse Software. Wer E-Mail Marketing auf hohem Niveau machen möchte und sehr viele Funktionen suchst, findet dieses bei KlickTipp auf jeden Fall.

Pros

Der Funktionsumfang ist enorm. Für einen Laien am Anfang fast zu unübersichtlich. Es gibt allerdings sehr viele, sehr gute, Video-Tutorials, in denen alle Funktionen erklärt werden, so dass man nach und nach gut zurecht kommt.

Cons

Die Bedienung ist manches Mal etwas umständlich. Die Bezeichnungen etwas verwirrend. Man muss sich einarbeiten. Kaufen und sofort loslegen empfehle ich nicht.

Ein solides Programm, das noch ein wenig intuitiver sein könnte.

Pros

Das Handling von KlickTipp ist schnell zu erlernen. Vor allem der Support ist sehr gut: Bei einer Frage kümmert sich das Team sofort um das Thema. Es gibt regelmäßige live Online-Schulungen mit der Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen.Die Server sgtehen nicht in den USA!

Cons

Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geben, die Zahlungsweise von monatlich auf jährlich im Programm direkt umzustellen, anstatt das mühselig über einen scheinbaren Zweit-Kauf abzuwickeln.

I love the flexible usage with dynamic tags and the optimation of openings via automated splittest.

Cons

To be as flexible as it is, it ist also not the easiest system. But it's worth to invest some time to learn.
