Pros Its very easy to use. Its easy to request money and pay other people. You can also get direct deposits, buy crypto, stocks, pool money with others, get a debit card, deposit money into your account at retail locations and earn referral bonuses. Cons It is almost impossible to get a refund unless the other person agrees to refund you which makes it very difficult to get money back from scammers. Excellent customer service and quick to resolve issues (if you experience any) I have had no issues with fraud and always receive refunds if needed. If you want to suddenly be banned and unable to ever use their services agian. Without any explanation or proof that you violated a term or condition. Not even giving whichone you violated. Or any right to fight it. Its the worst pay app out there. Pros A lot of people use this pay app. So it was positive to be able to offer as a payment option. Quick, fast, and convenient transaction process. Cons The customer service or lack there of. The fact that they will shut you down. Without any explanation. Other than you are believed to have violated one of their terms or.conditions. They give you no warning. No actual explanation, customer service is non existent. Truly a unreliable payment source. April 27, 2026 5.0 Overall I absolutely love Cash App and it is my main form of sending and receiving money when I need to. It is super easy to use, and I like that I can customize my own physical card to use whenever and wherever! Cash App is extremely easy to use and super helpful! Pros I love that it is easy to navigate and send and receive money. I like that you can customize your own Cash App card and use it to pay at actual stores. I think there is an amazing value for money and they have wonderful customer support, they are always able to help you and figure out what is going on. The payment processing is quick and it lets you know when your payment has gone through, and it is easy for debit or credit card payments as well. June 13, 2026 4.0 Cash App is a good option for us as a mid-size facilities staff to use for daily payroll and monitoring smaller costs. On the other hand, it has its flaws, such as the ability to refund or counteract fraud, which would be better, but it is still a decent value for money. It is straightforward and easy to use, requiring minimal staff training, and payment processing is fast, thus improving things for the staff. Pros Our team is able to easily allocate the little and often payments using Cash App, such as paying for reimbursed employee expenses on site, or for fast supply purchases. The card management part is particularly useful to keep a track of who's spending how much, and thus we keep our department's budget organized. It is also easy to use, When new hires join, they only need some time to get used to it and that will save me from spending time explaining things. Cons I have some problems with refunds taking longer to process especially when working with vendors and correcting errors, which is annoying. The fraud detection could be stronger, too, we've had a few minor issues who needed a little bit more work. I have never had a problem with cashapp but it does take a a few more steps when orchestrating a transaction. There's been a few times I have forgot exactly how to check my balance & "transfer out" as I don't utilize this software every day. However this wouldn't even be considerate a problem because it's good to exercise your brain a little bit! Pros I like that transferring money to your bank is instant & the fee is minimal. I like having the option to have both a physical card as well as virtual, by adding to my wallet on my phone. There's times I only have my phone to make purchases but there's other times using my phone is not an option, for example when it needs charged or I'm at Walmart, who doesn't accept Apple Pay or Wallet as of yet. Cons I personally have had very few issues with cashapp, however the people I seem to to pay or receive payments from the most, generally prefer another payment over cashapp. It's unclear exactly why the majority of my family & friends seem to choose a different platform for sending & receiving payments but from my experience there is one software program that is to very simple & easier to navigate.
