Pros

Cash App has gained some traction in the past year or so. When I run a booth at outdoor events, younger customers choose CashApp to pay because it's fast, easy, and reliable. I'm inclined to agree!

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints. I've never had any issue with it. Customers love it. My sales have increased since I began to accept CashApp for payments.

I have used Cash App for personal use such as repaying a friend, as well as for purchasing goods and services. It is quick and easy to use.

Pros

Cash App is intuitive and easy to navigate from your phone. You can track exchanges and make notes as to what each transaction was for. If you accidentally send funds to the incorrect user, you are also able to delete the transaction.

Cons

There are a lot of similar applications out there right now, so you may encounter someone who does not have Cash App but rather a different app which can make quick transfer of funds or reimbursement more challenging.

So for my overall experience has been excellent. Anytime I’ve ever had to talk to customer service did it very prompt. Sending money in requesting money is very easy, you can even add money from your own bank account yourself and even get a dedicated debit card.

Pros

What I like most is how fast you can move money from the app to your account directly (same day) And pay a very light fee.

Cons

I don’t like that it’s not FDIC insured.

Pros

Everything about this app has been amazing for our organization! The features we use the most are sending money to clients and making purchase easily. The boost features are awesome for cash back or savings for certain purchases.

Cons

I don’t think there’s really much besides customer service that needs to be made better and that the ability to commit fraud is really easy and it’s impossible to get your money back

Simple to use, all I need is the user name I can send payments, gifts. Or I can send a invoice out no problem

Pros

I would rather use cashapp than set up Apple, Google or Samsung pay on my phone. I use it every day to pay for my lunch or to pay friends back or purchases or to give my kids allowance.

Cons

on my kids accounts, they allowed them to go into the negative. there should be a setting for minors that would not allow that to happen

Overall I think cash app is a decent P2P payment processor

Pros

I like the ease of use when it comes to cash app. The interface is easy to adjust to. I like the stock option, they offer a wide variety of stock options as well as a Bitcoin market.

Cons

I don’t like the customer service, I don’t like how easy it is for someone to steal your mkney from this app, I don’t like how you have to pay a fee to use your credit card and I don’t like the many times transactions get reversed.

Overall excellent and grateful they are improving. Love how easily it can be used and how easy it is to transfer funds and disable and enable the card. Love the bitcoin and stock option.

Pros

The ease and functionality of it. Able to manage transactions safe and securely from my mobile device. Saved a ton with the deals you receive for using the card X amount of times.

Cons

Some security verification issues that would occur during very important times when funds needed to be transferred immediately.

Overall i would continue to use this app because i have successfully been able to send and received money from friends and family. This would be useful to send to all the people who owe me a little money from the past!

Pros

This is a great app to send money person to person. I love the feature where you can request payment from a person just like an invoice. Plus they give you the option to wait to get your money for free, or pay a little to get it immediately.

Cons

I had a hard time reaching someone from customer service to request a transaction i needed to cancel. After the first time calling, the call was disconnected, so i just reached out to the person and they were able to refund my payment.

Pros

Before we used cash app we had to turn down a fair amount of jobs as customers would ask if we accepted cashapp, zelle, or others. And we would always just tell them no, but the frequency of people asking got us thinking about trying it and it has been great. We've been able to take on customers we wouldn't have and it has helped our profits a fair amount

Cons

There needs to be extra layers of security and foresight to stop people from trying to cancel sales or refund, but it hasn't really been an issue honestly.

Cashapp support sucks. They don’t understand you no matter how many times you explain it. Hope that you’ll not need them because I just got finished with dealing with them after 4-5 days of just trying to get a receipt for a gas purchase. Absolutely ridiculous!!

My overall experience has been so so for the most part up until recently it was phenomenal but within the past month or two I've needed to go to the support team a lot and I've had no help

Pros

Its a very easy software to use which makes it very convenient for the fast lifestyle and fast pace family life

Cons

What what I least like is a support team I spend many hours lost in confusion because I can ask a point-blank question and I get an answer that has absolutely no if ands or buts about it to do with my question
