September 12, 2021 5.0 The Cash app is fairly straightforward to use and features a basic interface that makes it accessible to unskilled users. The software also gives you a little cash bonus just for signing up, and it does the same thing when you recruit new users. It's always a good thing to just get free money.  Pros This is a fantastic tool for sending money from one person to another. I really appreciate the function that allows you to seek money from a person in the same way that an invoice would. They also provide you the choice of waiting for your money for free or paying a little fee to obtain it right away. One of the products that have to be banned. Pros None........................................... Cons Cash App is one of those products that has to be Banned. It is not safe and not professional to use it. It does not provide any security or fraud protection. When people use the app to pay for the service and they never provide it or don't complete it and run with the money, the cash app does not have any capacity to refund or return the money. June 8, 2022 5.0 I love Cashapp and would recommend this app to any and all. My overall experience has been nothing short of impressive. Thank you Cashapp. Pros The convenience of cashapp is through the roof. I choose a contact, I select the amount I would like to send, and with the push of a button, the money is sent. Receiving money is just as simple. When money is sent to you it shows up in your account within minutes. You can also link your bank accounts and debit cards for easy access to your money. Cons If I had to choose some cons I would say there are not enough designs made available to customize your cashapp card, as well as colors. January 31, 2022 5.0 Overall I really enjoy Cash App. A lot of people in my age group use it (18-25) so it is very easy to send money to friends. My only con is the fee that comes with immediate transfers to your bank account. However, the fee is very small so I believe it is worth it. Pros I really like the fact that Cash App has a feature where you are able to get a free Cash App card mailed to you and you can use that card to make purchases from your balance on Cash App. Cons I don't like the fact that a lot of companies do not use Cash App. Although this is not a flaw from the app, I would really like to be able to use it with more companies than I am able to now. I can also quickly and easily pay using my debit card that’s linked to places that don’t accept card as payment directly. Cons The only con I found is there was a limit when I first started using it as to how much I could request or pay for awhile. I thought this would be useful to help collect rent from tenants but with the limit I couldn’t. And then when the customer service tries to keep saying if its a subscription try reaching out to the merchant,when i dont do subscriptions! And i did my homework to see where it was coming from. Cons All of a sudden hastags from other cash app users were trying to take payments out of my account. Customer support doesn't do anything much Cons As a customer using cash app, I was alerted that there was suspicious activity and there where purchases made on my account in mexico, I let the cash app representative do his thing to bring my account back to a normal account. Cash app support doesnt give out an 1 800 number to google them, you have to google it. Once on the phone with Cash App Support, this is when I found out that the cash app representative was a fake, had to call in to find this information, cash app support didn't help. It has replaced my debit card for most things, I preload it every payday and only spend what I have budgeted for myself in cash app. Pros I use this card as well as my husband, I love that we can pre load it with our spending money and transfer to each other when needed. We keep our finances seperate this way and can limit how much we are spending on fast food and frivolities. Cons I have had to transfer money back into my bank account and I don't love how much time it has to hold the money before it gets put back into my bank account. I use it for sharing money with friends for food, travel, and everything else. I like how easy it is to do this. I also like the ability to quickly transfer the money to the bank (I always do the free option which is 1-2 days). I probably use cashapp the most of the money sharing apps I have. Pros I love that funds sent to me don't need to be sent to my bank within days but that I can access them instantly through the free cash app debit card. Cons I have heard stories from friends about scams and how it usually begins with a Cash App account.
