The customer support didn't respond either! Pros There's nothing I like about this app other than it's fast processing. Nice to not have to cut a check! Pros To me this app is user friendly and gets the job done. Money transfer is easy and free if you are willing to wait the standard processing time to get it. Cons I found that this software was user friendly. I don’t feel like it is as common to use as some of the competitors, but just as easy to use. First of their kind, you can't buy much crypto but stocks for as little as $1 ! Cons I've never been paid for one single referral even if the link account and send money. They won't pay you if you don't understand the instructions fully, link your account and send the five dollars . The debit card never came so my friend didn't know he was supposed to send the $5 until it came and they won't pay us for this referral and I've never been paid for any others either. October 19, 2021 4.0 I really enjoyed Cash App when I was using it, but I stopped using it after horror stories of them randomly locking you out of your account for no reason. Imagine having $1,000 in your account and they lock you out of it, and then trying to contact Customer Service is like a needle in a Haystack, as there is no visual number for them. So it's okay to have Cash App but if you are going to be using it to hold large amounts of money be wary. Pros It was easy to send money to people and they didn't charge fees for doing so. Pros I like using Cash App because it's nice along with Paypal and Venmo to transfer payments and send money out. Very nice and simple. Delinquency Control Counselor Banking Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Cash App gets the Job Done " October 5, 2021 4.0 Overall, I do love cash app. It's design is very user friendly and the colors pop on the app. I'm able to easily send funds back and forth with friends and family and can add little notes so I don't forget what it's for. Pros I like how easy to use Cash App is. The emojis you can respond with makes the app fun to use as well. I was able to teach my mom how to use cashapp very easily and am able to exchange funds with her that way when needed. Cons I don't like how long it takes to process into your bank account when you cash out. It seems like it takes 3 to 4 days to do it!
