When i tried to get support they couldnt provide any help or give me any information. Pros Cash App is a fast and easy way to send and receive money. It’s simple to use, and features like the Cash Card, direct deposit, and Bitcoin trading make it more than just a payment app. I like how quick it is to pay someone back or split a bill. Cons If a transaction goes wrong, getting help can be frustrating. Customer service is mostly automated, and it’s hard to get a real person to solve problems. That’s especially stressful when your money is involved. Also, because there’s limited buyer protection, scams are a risk—and Cash App doesn’t always help recover your funds. Review Source ZD Zach D. Pros I love how I can get my paycheck through CashApp and basically treat it like a bank account! Cons Nothing really but if I had to come up with something I would say I miss the boosts or at least the variety of boosts! They used to be so good too! But I had an issue verifying my account and my experience with customer service was frustrating. Pros I can receive and send money easily and access my funds within seconds. Cons Their customer service is really awful, their representatives don’t really have much power to do solve problems and have to escalate and escalate the issue until higher ups jump in to fix it. The interface is clean, fast, and super easy to figure out, even if you’re not great with tech. Helpful when you have old parents that live far away and are not tech savvy. Cons The constant fees for every transaction and every time you use the debit card or receive money to cash out. Especially the younger crowd Pros Cash App has given us a new way for our congregation to support the ministry. Many of our younger congregants already used it and it was a no brainer to jump on board. Cons I wish they had a way to defer the fees to the payer. Other platforms we use for church giving have this feature and many of our congregation like that. Also wish that there would be some way for the payer to opt in to share their address info or email so we could mail them a contribution statement at the end of the year. I like using it to pay more than to receive money due to the fact that it charges you to receive your money within a reasonable time frame. Pros It's easy to use and easy to get started for a simple way to send and receive money. The app is pretty user friendly Cons It takes too long for your money to come if you choose not to pay to receive your money instantly. It was a simple, convenient, and very smooth app for managing money daily. Pros Cash App offered an intuitive interface and almost instant transfers. I liked being able to link my bank card, buy Bitcoin, and even receive business payments. The security and speed of transactions made it a real asset. Cons Fees could be a bit high for certain types of withdrawals or instant transfers. Customer support was sometimes hard to reach, which could make resolving issues a bit slow. And they are now going back on their word and refusing to give me a $195.65. Even though they sided with me and said that the claim was in my favor they are holding my money hostage. As of today, MJ with the Cash App Complaint Operations Team told me I'm not getting it, even though the claim was sided in my favor. So whoever that is refuses to do her job, time to lawyer up for me I guess, because your company is holding my money from me. While the service has potential to make financial transactions easier, their gross negligence in customer service and failure to remedy certain problems have pulled me away from the service. Pros Initially, I liked the ease of use and versatility of the software. Sending money to friends and family became easier. Unfortunately, that experience was short lived. Cons Cash App has a horrible customer service experience. On many occasions, I've tried to resolve account issues with their team and to no avail. Financial records have been withheld from me when requested, accounts deleted with no clear reasoning, and even now – I do not have full access to my account.
