As a result it has become my primary platform for banking services, investing in Bitcoin and paying friends and family. Pros CashApp makes it convenient to send and receive money from friends and family. Additionally, the reward offers are a great way to receive discounts at many popular merchants. Cons The stability of the interface when utilizing the mobile app is an issue. Often times it requires you to shutdown/force stop the app in order for a payment or purchase to update in the app, simply refreshing doesn't work. Review Source Ashley N. Also having options to purchase crypto and stock. Cons No fee free ATMs anywhere it seems! Cash App charges 2.50 and the owner of ATMs charge minimum 2.50 as well so i found myself spending hundreds in fees because i needed a 20 here or had to have cash for this right now etc. Horrible fees! I contacted customer support and there was nothing they could do for me. Told me to ask the person i sent it to to send it back. I never got my momey back.
