No notice, no communications, no reasons. Customer service advocates can only hide behind their pre-generated responses to not only provide no details but also no help with the issue. Totally inconvenient and do not recommend after this issue. Cons I had my account randomly closed without any notice or reason. All they can say is I breached the terms of service. I tried reaching out but all the advocates can do it hide behind their pre-generated responses and say they have no additional information. I have to wait 30 days for a response on the case which for many like me is a major inconvenience. For an an online banking platform that is customer related, they have no customer service that actually answer any questions that are directly related to the real issue. I tried calling and they gave me the same response. The representative then rudely hangs up on me. If they are going to take 30 days to do an investigation, they should have left the account open while they do their thing rather than just closing an account with no communication and having no information on the situation. Pros A few of the pros that I find with this money slash banking app is the convenience in which it is effortless to send money from account to account regardless of who the bank is. Seemless adding and removal of linked banks makes transfers easy and any deposit is free... immediately. As a consumer its nice to be able to send payments directly to those I need - through my employer- we use it to collect payments from clients and its a good option to invoice clients directly and payment can be collected when clients forget their cards. Pros Its offers our clients more options to make secure payments as the app, especially when they forget their payment methods at home. The app is linked directly to their payment information.
