It is super easy to use, and I like that I can customize my own physical card to use whenever and wherever! Cash App is extremely easy to use and super helpful! Pros I love that it is easy to navigate and send and receive money. I like that you can customize your own Cash App card and use it to pay at actual stores. I think there is an amazing value for money and they have wonderful customer support, they are always able to help you and figure out what is going on. The payment processing is quick and it lets you know when your payment has gone through, and it is easy for debit or credit card payments as well. Cons The only thing that I dislike about Cash App is that when you are in the app and you want to do an instant withdraw into your account, it takes a certain amount of money from you. But I do like the fact that you can choose between an instant transfer or a regular transfer where you can wait a few days. Other than that, I love Cash App! I mostly use it for splitting bills with roommates or sending birthday money to my family. The setup was really fast and getting the physical cash card in the mail didnt take long at all. Its super convenient for quick payments and perfect for casual everyday use though. Pros I really like how simple the interface is compared to other banking apps. sending money to friends is almost instant and all you need is their cashtag which is way easier than asking for bank details. I also think the boost rewards are great because you can save a couple bucks on coffee or groceries just by using the cash card at certain places. Cons The customer support is definitely the weakest part because its really hard to get a real person on the phone if something goes wrong with a transaction. Otherwise it's great. Pros The loan and borrow features. That is the only thing great about cash app. They allow you to borrow money. Cons Cashapp use to be great but now there are so many security features that blocks you from getting a new card. It seems that you cannot lose your debit card more than three times. If you try to request a new card it will not allow you. Customer service is no help at all. They just say that it's their system and they cannot do anything about it. If you borrow from cash app at 10:54, it has to be paid back at 10:54, if it is 10:55, it is considered late, even though you still have many hours in the day.
