No explanation. After months of trying to get an answer I cancelled and got lame excuses why they ‘upgraded’ me and charged me 4x more. They said they’d give a refund and did not. The replies were somewhat arrogant too, AVOID **Pros:** Not much. It was easy initially to setup but is very old tech now.
